*actually* if you go online and READ THE FINE PRINT instead of just looking at the status bar, you'll see just how many precincts are reporting. There is a generalized tendency to report based on even just 25% of votes counted--which may or may not be valid. It probably is, which is why they do it, but it's considered polite not to jump the gun. |

We (The US) have over 29,000 military personnel still stationed in Korea 55 years later, despite the war having been a United Nations-led effort. Saying that American forces will still be in Iraq years from now is probably not far from the truth. |
