Gone Gonzo Posts: 1083 Joined: 11 May 2008 | I do nearly everything under the sun that isn't a major criminal offense... I bloody hate the place, the people more than the job. As a result i'm labeled as the lovably disgruntle employee... I'd quit if i could find another job that payed decently, but everything is just seasonal and being in school doesn't help. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1440 Joined: 19 Jun 2008 | How is doing all of that stuff a breach of ethics(not that any of these fall into that category) or morals(they don't fall here either)? Hitting on a co-worker is not immoral or unethical, unless you/they are married. Stealing from your boss is wrong, but stationary? Bah. I've never heard of anyone being fired for taking some paper or pens. They're just business expenses. Besides, if I'm doing work at home, do you think I'm going to use my won supplies? For that matter, the only thing you've mentioned that is immoral is eating a co-workers' lunch. That's theft. What is the actual point of this thread? If your examples are of what you consider "unethical", I'd honestly suggest that you lighten up a bit. Seems like you're taking life way too seriously. |
