I was implying a ban.

I didn't even know they were making another Punisher movie until I saw the trailer on TV. The actor swap could be explained by many reasons, the original actor was busy, artistic differences or whatever but I have a feeling that this movie is going to bomb.

Artistic Differences. Read: The Original movie was a steaming pile of cliches and fail, and the original actor wanted nothing to do with the sequel/reboot/remix/whatever they're calling it.
Thats just my opinion though. Either way, yea, I don't forsee this movie being received well either.
