Gone Gonzo Posts: 2208 Joined: 4 Jun 2008 | I'm torn between Bill Bailey and Bill Hicks, the former is both funny and musical (which always makes for a good time) and Bill Hicks is hilarious and insightful (even if the Goatboy segments are a little bit...strange). |

So, basically about 50% of all British comedians...
Well done, you won. |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 1207 Joined: 17 Oct 2008 | Bill Bailey, though im not saying he's funnier than all the rest, something about him just reeks of awesomeness ^_^ George Carlin RIP |
Pulitzer Laureate Posts: 743 Joined: 4 Jul 2008 | I like Dane Cook. That guy's hilarious, if those videos on youtube are actually Dane Cook. |
Press Junketeer Posts: 464 Joined: 6 Nov 2008 | Monty Python and Les Luthiers - while not individual comedians, their combined talents are hard to ignore. I like Lewis Black for his politically motivated and "permanently pissed off" brand of humor. Benny Hill had his days too, although that old bald guy who Benny always slapped on the head was half the show! |

i stick to my older comedians, none of the new ones make me laugh as much as they did. Eddie Murphey, when he was a bad ass though, Andrew Dice, Richard Prior and last but no least George Carling, the altime funnyest comedians of all time and none of you can go againts it |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 2371 Joined: 14 Sep 2008 | You probably don't know him because he's a german comedian but Michael Mittermeier. |
Muckraker Posts: 327 Joined: 27 Sep 2008 | George Carlin for the most part. Classic. "Get on the plane, get on the plane." "Fuck you, I'm getting IN the plane! Let Evel Knievel get on the plane!" Also, I dabble in Eugene Mirman (youtube him if you haven't heard of him), and I find myself thinking along the same wavelengths of Lewis Black. "Like being on the Titanic every single day and being the only one who knows what's going to happen". And yes... Yahtzee makes me giggle. |

This is my first post, so be kind until I get used to posting and the like.
Anyway, I've looked through a number of different threads, many asking "what's you favourite..." Many of these are for games and films etc, but I haven't seen any about comedians.
So, who makes you laugh the most?
For me, it's a tie between Bill Bailey and Ross Noble (both English comedians).
