Define old. |
Muckraker Posts: 295 Joined: 24 Aug 2008 | If by old you mean OLD, then tom &jerry. But if you mean old as in "back in your day", then TMNT. God I loved them. |
Pulitzer Laureate Posts: 862 Joined: 29 May 2008 | i like the OLDER Transformer show, from the 1980s |
Gone Gonzo Posts: 1098 Joined: 31 Mar 2008 | Rocky and Bullwinkle and Freakazoid are the first that came to mind. Paul Dini's and Bruce Timm's Batman was pretty good too. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 2067 Joined: 5 Jun 2008 | Swat Cats, I don't know how old the cartoon is but it came on often when I was a kidling. I haven't seen it in 5 years now! The first Superman animation, it's alot better than the Justice League and every other remake. The first Spider Man animation was awesome too, had both the original venom and carnage in it and every other Marvel hero if I remember it right. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1113 Joined: 19 May 2008 | I think cartoons today are better. Well, some are utter crap of course, but most of the old ones don't really do anything for me. |

Beat Writer Posts: 151 Joined: 27 Oct 2008 | Rugrats was my life as a kid. I also watched all the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shows, the first three seasons of Digimon(I want DVDs, dammit!), and since Yu Yu Hakusho is from the mid-ninety's, add that to the list. Tale Spin was pretty cool. Other than these, there were a lot of good shows that I watched on Nickelodeon before the went the path of the Disney Channel, but I don't remember a lot of them. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 3015 Joined: 7 Oct 2008 | Animaniacs, Johnny Bravo and Garfield. Am I the only person who thinks the TV show of Garfield is a lot funnier than the comics? I mean, the comics are kind of dull these days, but I still laugh at the show. Maybe the wacky nature of children's cartoons is just well-suited to Garfield... I suspect it adds some much-needed life to the cast or something. Actually, I never watched Animaniacs when I was young, but now I wish I had. It's amazing. |
