I'm usually not afraid of thunder, wind, and such, but the wind outside my house sounds like screaming or wailing. It's uncanny!

Perfect weather to break into someone's house and rape them in. No one would hear your screams!

I am going to pretend you didn't say that.

It really is unsafe. I suggest you get a silent alarm to summon cops with... just hope the weather doesn't interfere with the signal if you need to use it. Don't get caught either, that'll really piss off the invader!

I'll allow my gun wielding father to protect me. Thank god I'm still young enough (14) to stay at home.

Ooh, I forgot, I'm also irrationally afraid of people on stilts. Even more so if the stilts are covered by extremely long pants. I was at a fair a while back and there was a guy walking around on stilts. I didn't know he was behind me and when I turned around I went into a full blown panic attack and hyperventilated until I started to pass out.

I'm afraid of flies. Not the usual housefly or bloated ones, just those skinny flies that look evil and want to lay eggs in your skin, and two weeks later those eggs will hatch and burst out from your arm in the middle of the street and you'll be screaming and everyone will start running as the fly eggs hatch into a gigantic swarm of man-eating flies and they eat everyone but keep me as a host for more egg laying in a secret underground hive with the Hive Queen who'll lay even bigger eggs in my skin and one day she'll eat me and find a new host because I don't have any skin left to spare for her man-eating fly eggs.

So yeah, I'm afraid of flies.

It is not a fear per se, but..

You know those AFV/You Tube videos of people walking into glass doors/walls?

That one.

I always walk around collumns standing near walls/eachother where there could be "invisible" glass walls. Even places I've walked thousands of times, and I know there is no glass wall, I prefer to walk around. Just in case. It looks so good damn silly/stupid to walk into glass like that. Bet it hurts too.

The videos are fun though. :-)

I fear wasps and flying insects in general. They just scare the heck out of me. Imagery like Tattaglia's is the sort of thing that I am constantly thinking of when I see them.

Ditto.

You can add cockroaches to the mix as well.

I've also developed a new phobia the last few years and I'm not even sure if it has a name: I've been getting skittish about getting in and out of cars for the fear the door may slam shut on my melon. Door---Head---Frame of car.

bees, wasps, hornets, anything that flies and has a stinger on its rear. I will tell you what, if Asian giant hornets ever find there way here to the states, especially if they get all the way to Wyoming, I am moving to Antartica.

standard heights, bees, rollercoasters and such. but this one is something i havent heard of yet, im afraid of clowns but i can stand next to them, but if there standing still and just there its cool, but if there walking i have to be atleast 10 feet away, because when i was like little my dad made me watch IT because hes a jerk, so im afraid one day a clown is gunna follow me and murder me or stab me or eat my soul or something. also im afraid of BIG flying bugs, flies are ok, so are small moths, but my window got broke and we never fixed it so its covered in masking tape, but theres a slot thats open. so every now and then a giant mothra type one comes out of no where and comes toward me so i grab the nearest object and swat it.

The fear of people finding out about my complete and total obsession with Japanese manga/anime, For some reason in really ashamed of it and instinctively tab it down when someone enters my room.

Not sure if it is actually a fear, but I cringe every time I see someone crack their neck (Does it even make you feel better?). Kinda reminds me of neck snapping scenes from Steven Seagal movies lol

Ever since L4D, the sound of someone weeping while in a dark area. Fear is doubled if I have a flashlight on me.

I've also had the occasional unease of believing my characters (in the stories I write) manifest themselves in the real world. Considering that I made a villain that murdered his family at the age of eight two weeks before this happened, I'm starting to take it a little more seriously.

Also, shadow people. Mainly because most folks don't know what the fuck I'm talking about when I say that.

Zombie Clowns... Theyre like the two evilest things ever combined!

Actually I am afraid of insane people. Those who just sit there and laugh or cry non stop absolutly terrify me. It doesn't even matter that they cant really hurt me just the thought of them creeps me.
Also ever since Blink I am scared of freaking angel statues.

I'm deathly afraid of elevators. To the point where I'd rather take the stairs up ten floors than ride in one. I get odd looks when I go to the stairway and I'm on the tenth floor of a building.

I worked in a hotel for a while, and while doing a roomservice once, the elevator free-fell with me in it for 10 out of 11 floors.

Also, I'm afraid of whales.

Another weird one is that I live in a constant fear of my glasses just exploding sending tons of sharp glass into my eyeballs.

Used to wear glasses when I was like 8, and was playing baseball once. Got hit with a ball in the eye, the glasses shattered. I got glass embedded all around my eye, but nothing actually got in the eyeball. I'm a lucky fuck.

Ehhrmm.. How often is this happening to you..?

Just sounds like you have some unwholesome extracurriculum activities going on, that's all...

I absolutely cannot stand strong winds, to the point where I've practically had a nervous breakdown or two over it. I am also a complete wimp when it comes to insects, and especially during the summer will jump and flinch at anything that touches me, but that seems a bit less uncommon.

Oh another one (just remembered after watching the latest ep of House)
The laughter of children. Especially little girls. Just something about that high pitched giggle sends shivvers down my spine.
