Actually, Adult Swim didn't "cancel" Futurama at all. The contract they had that let them air the episodes expired at the end of last year, so Comedy Central picked up the rights instead. |

Teen Titans and Danny Phantom definetly belong in the "Prematurely canceled" category... More so with Teen Titans, though. |

You sir have a fine opinion! Family guy, arrested development and Futurama have both been messed with. Studios 60 was okay, but wasn't great. All these shows have also parodied the fact that the networks (mainly Fox) have messed them about. |

Yeah, I've heard of it. That fantasy game show where 1 kid wears helmet that covers his eyes, and his 3 friend have to guide him through a dungeon, right? Edit: That remind me, they need to bring back kid game shows. |

I was so damn pissed when I found out that it was cancelled. It was such an awesome idea. Another one was the old sci-fi show Space: Above & Beyond. The premise was that in the not so distance future man had started colonizing space and in doing so inadvertently started a war with a technologically equal Alien race. The story follows a squad of marines aboard a space carrier during this war. It was a refreshing change from the old space sci-fi shows you usualy get. Got cancelled after one season! |

Exactly! I loved Futurama too! User was banned for: Poll: Round 5 - Field of Four - (1) Turbine vs (1) Nintendo. (Permanent) |

Well it is still in production so I say we shouldn't give up om it quite yet. Yes it has had the longest production time of any game at 11 years but there was another game thet took 9 nyears I don't remember what it was off the top of my head. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1065 Joined: 27 Aug 2008 | I saw someone say Invasion, agreed! That show ruled and was much better than the other trendy US series that I won't even name :P Brimstone - 13 episodes, what the fuck!? I heard it was pushed out of the way of the 'supernatural show' spot for the more popular (tit filled) Charmed and Buffy, sigh. Ultraviolet - Gritty UK vamp conspiracy series, got 6 episodes. |

I must admit I was really looking forward to DK III when I first bought the originals...*weeps silently*
/agree entirely Nothing like it around today (except the odd sketch on Dead Ringers), which is a shame considering how laughable UK news programs still are. That + Chris Morris = win. |

I remember the last episode where they went and lived with the penguins. |

Yeah I love how he completely ripped the early pointless computer graphics on news programmes, with the modern visual bullshit he'd have an absolute field day. Apparently he might be making a second series of Nathan Barley, it may not be his best but it's still something to look forward too, that's if he's not killed for his comedy about british Jihadis first. |

God, Brass Eye was amazing, even if all the presenters on it just got fleeced into it by the fine print they weren't aware of. The Paedophile episode will be remembered for years to come. |

Any show that's ever been "FOXed," defined as one of the following:
1) Being ruined;
2) Being cancelled (usually prematurely);
3) Being ruined and *then* cancelled.
I thought FOX was the only company guilty of this, but I think it may be spreading. Look at Heroes.
