I have to admit, that entire last sentence just came out of nowhere. I mean, seriously.

Also, i'm a bit of a believe in take the piss out of everyone, equally. It's mostly because i couldn't care less what was said about me, or my beliefs.

The race card is often played a bit too often these days, in my opinion. I absolutely abhor racism, i can't see how people treat others with such disdain because of the colour of their skin, etc.

Certainly there is some racism still out there. And that there is any at all, is too much.

I think there's lots of racism but a lot of it is treating minorities better than white people. The government just don't seem to understand racial equality at all. Political correctness has gone mad and this tends to make people more right-wing in their views. By the government treating minorities better, people seem to become more traditionally racist. By "traditionally racist", I mean treating people badly for having a different skin colour.

We could just eliminate caucasians and then there would be no racism. The non-white races of the world would live in a happy utopia, filled with sunshine and flowers and leprechauns running around... no they wouldn't, because leprechauns are white. Also, because racists are just another brand of dickhead. You get dickheads of every race, making life less pleasant for the rest of us. This will never change, unless we screen every human on earth and kill the ones with the dickhead gene.

and i used to live in Philly for 12 years.. the south part.. i know how racist they can be.. but Camden NJ is worse.. you could get shot just for being white

You have to watch it, and there is a book about this topic, and there were some really big race undertones. It was defined as a Hate crime.

Basically, racism = bad, but it's all around the world - against whites, blacks, asians and all others. And it will never be stopped, because there will always be someone who dislikes someone else. Unless we're all made into robots. But even then, there's a good chance that some probots (People-robots) will hate other probots, because they have different programming or something.

Racism is bad when you actually start treating one race differently in serious matters.

Notice I said "differently," not "badly."

Racism is not necessarily treating a minority badly, it is just paying attention to race and treating people of that race in a different way, be it negative or positive. Either way, they're both bad. People need to start realizing that 'equal treatment' does not entail 'positive special treatment.' When a white person shoots a black person, they should be punished just as much as a white person who shot a white person, or an asian person who shot an asian person.

However, I don't classify humor as racism, even if you're telling black jokes. I really only call 'racist!' when someone seriously treats another person specially because of their race.

Racism takes place in every part of the world in some way or the other.
I think not only the colored people face the racism but whites also face it in one form or the other.Me being an English faced it once in my high school as i was pretty passionate about Rap Music.As blacks are mostly involved in it so some times i faced a racial attack.But it does not affected me as I am linked with my uncle's Anti-Racism Organisation so i know exactly how to avoid such things to happen.

That's funny how in america, you can only be racist if you're white.

Not really much racism here in the San Francisco Bay Area, one of the more liberal places in the states. I do have family in the deep south though places like Texas and Tennessee. Being half japanese I get a few strange looks and comments around there. Racism isn't prevalent anymore but if you look hard you can still find it.
