Melbourne: Proof Tasmanians can swim.

There's some sort of protest against our retarded minister for telecommunications on that day as well. Are there plans to swing by that, thus doubling the numbers?

Is anyone coming through Albury-Wodonga or near there while traveling to Sydney? I sure could use a lift. Pleashe.

Well I don't think I would be allowed to just stay in Wollongong or at your place. How would I have got home anyway? As lovely place as Wollongong is, I don't think becoming a resident between Sydney and there would be that smart on my part, solely because my computer is at home. :(

I wish I knew about this a couple months earlier. Then I could go stop there instead of already spending a shit ton of money to go all over South East Asia and back to the states.

I sniggered, then I decided to uphold my unreasonably snobby standards.

So you're going to languish in Commie land, rather than dropping by to be presented with a Labyrinth Red star? Curses! My scheme failed!

I would come, but that would require me to dig a tunnel to through the motel core of the Earth to get there... or buy plane tickets. The tickets would probably be more expensive then a tunnel.

I fucking hate Geograpy.

Someone carry around a Wifi laptop so that others can spam you over TeamSpeak.

Geograpy.

Personally, if it weren't for paying for tuition, books, Christmas presents, and supplies with the same paycheck, I would happily have joined this merry escapade. But alas, funds dictate that to clear the distance of the Pacific, one must purchase a spot on an "aeroplane," whatever voodoo magic that entails.

As such, I will be with you all in spirit. Should you ever have some more of TeamSpeak/Skype/Vent going, I would gladly join you folks in a rousing discussion of whateverwetalkabout.

Just remember one thing, The cops never think it's as funny as you do.

My friends who are cops share my sense of humour. Which is very worrying, come to think of it.

The 13th eh?
It's still a maybe for me. If I show up, I'll be wearing a Historical Preenactment Society T-shirt (because, after all, the best history has yet to happen). If no such person appears, don't be concerned. If at any point it becomes a definite yes, I'll let you know.

Fear not, American Escapists

We shall have our own meeting! It'll involve shooting shotguns, watching football, kicking babies, starting wars

you know... typical american activities

Hooray! I'm not technically and American Escapist, but I am in America for Uni. Am I still eligible to take part in the shotgun shooting and baby kicking?

yes, but you have to get a license if you're from abroad. To do this, you must drive a big truck while shooting a rocket launcher out the window while singing "America, Fuck Yeah!"

Come on, my fellow Americans! There's no reason we can't pull one of our own together! Especially now that we see how easy it is for the Australians to do it. And that with all those hat corks blocking their vision.

We could even enlist the Canadians to help. Because if the Canadians are good at one thing, it's helping with stuff! And indie rock music.

But we should have the meeting on the American side of the border. If I go anywhere where I can't expect the world handed to me at the asking I break out in a full-bodied rash.

Unless its going to be in Wyoming, I will be unable to make it sadly. Though I will go Shotgun shooting on that day so I feel included.
