As simple as the title, what anime do you think should be brought back?
I've got quite a few that i would be ecstatic about them bringing back

Dragon Ball - No, not "Z", but the original when they had fun rather than constipations contests.

Hunter X Hunter- If you haven't seen it, I would highly recommend you do that NOW, It starts off a little slow, but it gets sooooo good, and its got something for just about everyone. They also left it off so poorly, with so much unanswered, and so far to go.

Air gear- Another short lived anime that had way more potential. It was funny with a lot of fan service, which normally I don't like, but I found it very tolerable in this one. Sure it was a bit odd, but that's what made it great and set it apart from the rest.

Kenichi- Its pretty much the same deal with Air Gear, one season with so much unanswered and basically begging for a second season. I found it hilarious at times, and also able to be serious, and I know its kind of lame, but it got me pumped, to like train or beat stuff up.

gundam wing... nothing beats a good bit of 90 foot tall robots beating the shit out of each other.....

a second season of outlaw star, done well would be very much appreciated.

Yes! I'm watching through the whole show on you tube =p.

I would have to say Reroni Kenshin. No idea if i spelled that right.

Also if there was any way they could do more Trigun, I would be a happy man.

Golden Boy was probably one of the funniest animes I've ever seen. It had so much potential but only had six episodes.

Fooly Cooly (FLCL) was also pretty good, but I don't know if they could have expanded on the storyline. That one also only ran for six episodes.

Dude, do you not know what Gundam is? Gundam Wing finished, but there are like 15 other series' of Gundam. The latest, Gundam 00, is better than Wing IMO and will be or already is airing on the Sci-Fi channel.

Dirty pair, yeah it might be a little on the simple side but I loved it.

if you liked air gear
start reading the manga. it goes further and is beter imo.

same for histories stongest disciple kenichi. the manga goes on and has more story in it.

DB just sucks imo. but off course thats a matter of taste :)

what should be continued however is Aqua, or Aria as the anime is named :)
great story :D.

and off course the following:
Sky girls
Claymore (once again manga goes on and is better but the anime is great too)
Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru
Kasimasi ~Girl Meets Girl~
Ai Yori Aoshi
La Corda d'Oro ~Primo_Passo~ Opus

:D

I would quite like to see a new series of Full Metal Panic. They sorta need to tie the loose ends of the last series.

Berserk as a newer and fuller anime series would also be great. I've seen a lot of anime that looks really pretty, and think that it could be applied to Berserk really well since the animation of the current series is somewhat dated.

I am always against returning TV series'. They tend to just be cheaply made cash cows. Either that, or they just lose that "magic" from the original run. Besides, plenty of animes already have enough fillers.

Code Geass needs a third season...

Samurai Pizza Cats!

More Eureka Seven, fuck Renton but I want to see Gidget on bluray. Best character ever.

Oh, and FMA, but I assumed that was a given. More FMA is always good.

I crave more Code Geass and Trigun.

None.

Animes that are finished, should stay finished.

Gundam Wing (yes, WING.), Dragonball Z, definately Kenichi (i think another season is in the works, the first one didn't really end), Tenjo Tenge. There are many anime I haven't seen but I want to like hellsing, Code Geass, Bleach, and some Naruto (bloody version).

what about animes that have mangas that go on?
as in the anime story part was hastily closed off but the original manga story still goes
what about those?

Serial Experiment Lain.
Far superior to that Harumi thing, in my opinion.
Or rather, more anime like it. I'd hate for them to try and break the story for the sake of more episodes.

Well, actually, all the anime I liked needed to end. So, scratch the Lain-related anime.

kaze no stigma
code Geass
trigun
black lagoon
devil may cry
fullmetal panic (and not something like the "intermission series fumoffu")
ghost hunt
hellsing
lucky star
Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Rental Magica
Shakugan no Shana
Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE

Hellsing, Trigun, D.grey man they left it in the middle of nowhere, and theya re bringing back Full metal alchemist

Trigun and Hellsing<(which was never finnished)

Those, I'd be fine with. But any extension on an anime that is definetively finished, would just be filler episodes.

And I hate fillers.

D.grey man they left it in the middle of nowhere also the manga is still going :P

Ranma 1/2, but only if they start from the beginning again. the old 80's animation from the original series would be blown out of the water if it were remade today.

Am I the only one who loved Rurouni Kenshin and really wants it back on air? I would also love it if adult swim put back on Trinity Blood. I could watch that over and over again.

Dragon Half and Urotsukidoji.

I'm going to agree with whoever said Golden Boy and a full-blown series for Angel Sanctuary would be nice.

Other than those, I'm still eagerly waiting for a third season to Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.

I agree with Golden Boy
and a real ending for Hellsing, that confused the crap outta me.

Evangelion come BACK THEN! Can't really imagine how it's possible but I definitly would like to see it. Other than that i'm with the OP on Air Gear I really like the new take on the "street racing" theme, the manga went on but the series ended with a crappy and unfulfilling ending.....

As much as I would love another Kenshin series, they would have to make it about Yahiko, which isn't Kenshin, due to the events that occur in the final few mangas.

Why would Code Geass need a third season? R2 tied all lose ends and finished with an amazing ending. A new season would feel strained, don't you think? (Though this may be just because I thought R2 was the greatest thing since warm water.)

darkless:
D.grey man they left it in the middle of nowhere also the manga is still going :P

i think thats because, the creator is ill atm, he hasn't made anymore manga :/

Anyway, i wanna see Deathnote back.

I find anime to be the most overrated boring crapfests. But for some strange reason I absolutely loved fooly cooly and would love to see new episodes. Same thing with Gunsmith Cats.

Assuming it's done well of course: Cowboy Bebop.
Oh, and Full Metal Alchemist.

If fact, if it's done well, then every Anime I liked should be brought back.

Am i the only person who enjoyed watching Sailormoon?
