Oh I remember that show it was pretty twisted Yakuza gang leader wanting to be a Teacher and all the other crazy stuff. I'd also like to see a series for Sol Bianca but I think it only had a movie either taking place before or after the movie did but perferibly with the kid as a big part. |

That's gonna be hard, what with several changes made between the anime and manga... still, it will (hopefully) be better than the first series. |

Although I don't think it should be re-made they should just show the old episodes again. I think that goes for a lot of shows. They do not need to be re-imagined or remade they just need to be shown as they are so people can appreciate them. Also everyone should watch monkey (I know it's not anime but it's still the best thing of evar)If the world was full of people who could appreciate monkey magic then there would be no more conflict and we could all live in peace. |

Yes, this is so true (Although I'm not sure where they would go with it...) |

Now this is something not only only deserves a second season, but pretty much necessitates it. |
Anonymous Source Posts: 9 Joined: 3 Nov 2008 | Tenjou Tenge definitely. THERE WAS NO DANG ENDING!!! Edit: Also Gokusen. That was one of the funniest animes I've ever seen. And Samurai Deeper Kyo. |

If they ended well, I agree. There are animes that were incredible, but should stay finished. Like Haibane Renmei, Incredible anime (although more of a drama) but it should stay finished. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 2301 Joined: 20 Feb 2008 | The answer is none. Sure we would like them to come back but that doesnt mean that it would be a good idea. If anything what needs to change in anime is the art. everything is too polished these days and the actual frame drawing made animes like robotech really stand out from other animes. |

Robotech, was not an anime. There are still anime, like Casshern Sins, using the same art of the old, although more colorful, but say, less gloomy than the one in Garei-Zero, or as realistic as Macross Zero. |

Yes, yes, oh very yes. Trigun's going to have a movie soon, apparently (although i wish they'd made more of the series and kept it closer to the manga) and they're making another season of Fullmetal Alchemist... although i don't know how good that will be. i wish they'd make more of The Wallflower... it ended on such a weird note, not even close to the manga. |

I second the Bebop prequel idea. Or maybe another movie that actually ties up some of the loose plot threads. I'm always wondering to myself what happened to Jet and Faye... The world may never know. That said, the last 2 episodes were easily among the top 3 episodes in the series (Ballad of Fallen Angels gets my vote as number 3). They were so sublime it almost seems like blasphemy to clamor for more, especially after the surprisingly good movie. Samurai Champloo was great in a "Kill Bill, style over substance" way, but I'm not sure that it needs a movie. I'd be in favor of a prequel or sequel series, focusing on the life of either Mugen or Jin. Better yet, they could mix the two stories the way they did with the first episode of the series (cutting back and forth between the two paths). I know there were already a lot of episodes about Mugen and Jin's pasts, but that's to be expected as their stories are easily the most interesting and deep. I'm kind of torn, actually. On the one hand, I thought the final 3 episodes were some of the best of the series in every way. On the other hand, the very last few minutes were sort of a let down. They weren't typical of anime endings, to be sure. More like a "real life" ending to a journey... |

Actually, I didn't notice you had a Homunculus missing from the anime... which one was it? |

Also I think it'd be nice to see similar project done with the Trigun Maximum manga series which I personally think is by far superior to the show that I pretty much worshiped years ago. |

Paperboy Posts: 25 Joined: 20 Dec 2008 | Evangelion hands down. The rebuild is nice, but they need a flat out Season 2 as well, or 3...or 4....or 10. I'd watch em all |

For god's sake NO!!!!! They would make another dragonball GT crapfest that takes everything that was good about GT (which itself took only a few things from Z, which itself only took like 1 good thing from original!!!! (I found Z tolerable, but after that even my incredibly strong fanboyism couldn't sustain me)) And I think they should do like a prequel to Code geass - I mean, any serious wars or anything that happen afterwards would just be dominated by freya.... |

The manga runs for a fair bit longer than the anime. And by fair bit I mean a ton.
And I would also be happy to see the rest of the Kenichi volumes put onto the screen. I thought the anime did a fine job.
Also, Tenjou Tenge. That anime ended in the worst place possible. There is so much more story left ;_;
