Why exactly did you pick that certain picture as your avatar? Explain, explain. I picked mine because i just love valkyria chronicles.

I picked my avatar because it's my usual face nowadays. And before the dejanazis start spouting off, this thread has been done repeatedly before. Try using the forum search next time.

I picked a photo of Drizzt because he is one of my favorite Heroes in any Forgotten Realms book and then I got it hollied up thanks to the holly thread. ^^

At first, I had Fallout 3 power armor, but a lot of people had power armor too, so I changed it. Then I had a cool atom avatar. I spent a while on the "Rating Avatars" thread, and found out that people didn't think it was that cool, so I went to go find a cooler avatar, and discovered the Termi-smiley (not yet animated). A lot of people liked it, so it stuck.

Then, (Lord) Xitel demanded that all avatars have holly, so (Sir) Groovy Pants made me a Termi-holly-smiley, which (Duke) Fanboy later animated.

After the holly-days, I'm going to switch to my newly animated Termi-smiley.

Because I like Boston.

I chose this avatar because the nightmare before christmas is the best Halloween-Christmas synergy movie ever.

The holly is there because it is the greatest plant to be associated with a major holiday. Yes, even greater than christmas evergreens and st. patrick's day clovers.

I think we should lay off of this thread. This thread has only been done a few times, and avatars are constantly changing (and yes, I like to talk about my termi-smiley).

Hmm. My main class on TF2 is spy and my main character I play as in SSB is kirby. Spy kirby is awesome. Thats pretty much it.

Well I chose mine because Dante my favourite protagonist in any game series, and as I mentioned in another thread, I think DMC2 Dante by far looked the coolest.

I've also added a Santa hat and the obligatory holly to bring a festive touch to it for this time of year.

The Search Button was my inspiration.
But kidding aside, I found it funny.

Because when I saw it I nearly wet myself. I'm easily amused.

I like Soren. He's a cool guy, when he's not being depressed by human inaction.

Plus he looks smart. I look a little like a doofus, so...yeah. And it works.

But the real reason is because i got into the anime Ergo Proxy (but never finished watching it).

I chose my avatar because i found nobody else that choose any death note characters. I chose to use L first since, lets just face it, he's awesome. I never really changed it off of L as you can see. I think people recognise me for having him as a avatar.

I like to play Garry's Mod.

I like Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and since I still had the picture on my photobucket I figured I'd use it. But when the Christmas theme started rolling through I recolored it and added a Santa hat.

What he said, only DMC 3 was a better game, so I will pay it homage with my avatar.
The lights/holly are just for that festive touch.

I did mine because I loves me a full moon. Also the moon revolves around a lot of things I quite like. Werewolves, wolves, sleeping, moonlit walks... stuff like that. Also I believe starting at the moon inspires me and makes me think deep. So yeah that is about it.

Eh. I was trying to ripoff Yahtzee about a year ago, and it failed, so i just pixellated a picture of me and changed it around with paint and stuff.
