I was in middle school when Mega Man 3 came out. Zero was a badass back then, and still is now.

I would just like to point out that is Protoman (usa) or Bluesman (japan) not Zero.

Mine is Marlon Fraggle; because Fraggles are awesome and the episodes with Marlon usually involved him trying to become ruler or leader of a cult. I found that interesting.

I found it extremely hilarious when I first saw it.

Well, I have a fondness for the webcomic Questionable Content which once had a poster like this one in the background. I needed an avatar for somewhere so I took it upon myself to use my very poor art skills to draw my own version, and so here it is! Plus, I do love coffee.. coffee is great..

Until recently I had been DJing a net radio show called Uncle Zanky and the Zombie Monkeys, so it was a good avatar choice. I should toss some holly on it.. hmmm

This is my fourth retelling of this story.
If you watch the Making Of segment for the Pixar movie The Incredibles, you'll see a character maquette that bears a striking resemblance. He would've been the villain, but he was supplanted by Syndrome. (An in-joke was Syndrome being based on Director Brad Bird, but by the time he got the joke they were too far into production to change it)

This is also the first iteration out of I think four avatars where the pinstriping is visible after being scaled down. The original size of the picture is 2000x2000, so 75x75 doesn't do justice.
