after i logged off the escapist last night i decided to go to another gaming web site (I now regret my desision so dont get angrey) and it made me realise now great a comunity this is, i havent spent alot of time here but the time ive spent has been totaly enjoyable. So this is my thanks to the moderators for keeping this place nice, the users for creating and discussing intresting topics and of cource the video creators (especially Yahtzee for introducing this site to me)

I went to 4chan once, it just seemed like a bunch of closet pedophiles posing as the edgey underside of the internet. Everybody there has some weird gif of a kid commercial or child actor getting repeatedly squirted in the face with slime, water, lotion, etc, etc.

Pretty lame.

I've been trying to get into the GameDamage forums, but it's so DIFFERENT! I mean, the Escapist is a nice, sterile white. It's clean. Homey. Rules are cut clean out. Good Grammar.

But yes, I totally agree, The Escapist has become my new homepage because if something happens here I want to know about it as soon as possible. I honestly have stopped caring about other, stupider forums and sites.

Well, at least you're honest. You'll find that you can do most anything on this site, even trolling (not that I'd know or anything), if you're both honest and polite. Keep that in mind.

The Escapist is extremely uniqe :) I've posted on a lot of different gaming forums and I finally think I'm ready to settle. This is the only place where people seem to have the same intellectual level and don't anger me by constantly and immaturely spamming the latest bloody internet fad.

The escapist is good, but we all must face the fact that most of the internet brings out the stupidity of the human race, as inferior beings, we are all doomed to die at the hands of alien masters. Merry Christmas everyone!
