Grrr...It isn't that about what macs can do, its about the way they present it; with some douche bag talking about how great he is. And the windows ads are poking fun at the complete ignorance of the mac ads.

MACs are for hippies, teachers and hippie teachers. No self-respecting computer gamer would own a MAC.
I had a friend in high school that sumed up the MAC pretty well. It's friendly, inoffensive and simple. Coddling you through the experience, rather then having you learn something. He likened it to a toaster, which had more to do with how blocky they were in the early 90s. But still makes some sense today, because MACs can't make a great meal, but they can definetly make toast.

First of all, my shitty WINDOWS computer fucked up( wish i had a mac now) and secondly, no i don't, but i know plenty of professionals who have worked in various studios for years, most of which will be running a mac pro setup, either with pro tools or logic software.
