So the escapist is having a contest for this week's Zero Punctuation. Believe you me, I know for a fact these are not the Yahtzee forums. (It's always fun to see the first 5-6 commentators on his videos insta-banned). The contest in question is to name what video each clip is from (as the video this week was a clip show (yes I know they apoligized, it's all good)).

In my opinion, this sort of thing, while fun as always, kind of instigates a horrid collaboration of ZP fanboys and Badge-whores. I just pray they don't decide to procreate.

Your thoughts? Do you think it's a bad idea? Do you like it? Or are you a proud Yahtzee fanboy and you're glad you can show it in a different way than screaming 'FISRT!!'?

Hmmm...as much as I like Yahtzee's reviews, I am not sure if I can even do this contest. Didn't realize there was one until I found this thread. If the badge has chocolate on it, however, whoo boy, that badge is MINE.

Hey, I don't use holly because Chopper wouldn't use holly. He'd tell holly to harden the f*ck up!

Plus, I suck with photo programs and I really don't want to spend the time putting holly onto something for a couple days. Now, when Mardi Gras comes around, you bet Chopper will be thronged with beads!

I learned about the escapist because of ZP, but the other videos are fun to watch as well, i m just as eager for the next unforgotten realms video as i m for ZP (does anyone know if there will be another unskipable video any time soon?) Sry about not having holly, first i couldn't add it, when i figured out how, i forgot to, and now i dot have time

I would watch each ZP review a dozen times and still not get every single clip down.

I don't even care enough about ZP to ever watch that one again, let alone participate in the contest, or notice if the video section was evaporated from the face of the earth, unless Virgil compensates for that effect by adding a large amount more of ads.

I got the new badge. I was bored, and it was something to do for ten minutes.

I was bored enough to do it.

I couldn't even get three of them and I actually feel a little proud for that. But then again I get no badge so it evens out.

Greh... I got all but 2 of them. I know bloody well that there will not be a reward worth the investment of time, but now that there's only two left walking away feels like a sort of failure...

Sort of likethe last 5 million hit points of Yiazmat, or the last three hours of Breakdown.

Well, no, Breakdown was more or less worth it.

Why with the hatin'? I jut picked the icon because I couldn't find anything else that looked decent. I mean, seriously, I like the ZP reviews, and they are what brought me to this wonderful little haven of cyberspace (god, that sounded nerdy), but does that make me a fanboy?

Also, you can just copy/paste a name into all the boxes and click check. Repeat that with all of them for an easy completion, but it would take a while. I did it for the last 4. >.>
