I just got a new 120 gb zune for Christmas.

I have several movies in avi format i want to put on there.
ive converted them to the appropriate formats but when i try to add it to the zune software it says its the wrong file type, and when i try to watch it using zune software it says its corrupt. but, i watch all the videos on vlc and windows media player just fine. can anyone help?

Good luck man, Zune is a pain in the butt for loading movies onto. I have tried multiple things, from downloaded movies to free copies that come with movies, and nothing worked. I finally got a Dvd ripper that would let me rip movies to .wmv format that would work, but that was about it. Did you convert them into wmv or mp4?

I have wondershare DVD ripper, but 123 DVD to Zune also works, try one of those. Unfortunately, they aren't free ware, but I am sure if you do some looking should be able to find something.
