Shivari:
I first watched it in Spanish class, and being the only one crying in a room is a very uncomfortable experience.

So you watched an American animation about a New Zealand animal in Spanish class?

Thinking about that almost makes me cry from the strain.

He showed us a lot of videos from Youtube...

Not the best Spanish teacher I ever had.

Seriously though, go and rent out 'Grave of the Fireflies'. If you don't cry, you're not human...or android as I'm pretty sure this film would make androids cry as well.

The Muppet song didn't do anything for me. I suppose I'm too young.

Didn't cry but that film did get to me. The poor sods :(

When I was a toddler I cried during Dumbo, or so I am told.

The most common funeral song ever made me cry, but it was after a funeral.

During the funeral, all I could remember was the Sid Vicious cock-up version.

If you're afraid to cry massive tears, don't watch Grave of the Fireflies.

I don't find that sad. Altought, I don't have a soul.

But seriously, I'm starting to have a little drop at the eye.

Zen, Connor, I swear, if you two hijack my thread I'm going to hunt down your loved ones and give them CJD, then pay for their healthcare long enough that you get to watch every single one of them forget your name and face and start treating you like a stranger before they finally degrade into mindless human wreckage. And one day, you'll realise I filmed all of those traumatic events so I can play them back to you in your old age, when the pain was finally starting to fade.

Well, okay, I won't, because that's too far even for my malice; I lost a grandparent to dementia long before I lost him to pneumoconiosis, and it sucked. But I hope that doesn't detract from the seriousness of the threat...

Bicentennial Man gets me every time I watch it. Still, that's only like twice. Lost in Translation is other film that has gotten me, but I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be a repeat performance if I rewatched it. Same deal with the end of The Hobbit (book, not that animated movie thingo).

I didn't think you were joking about that, and I'm very sorry for you. Loss sucks. Pets are almost worse, since they love unconditionally (except one of our cats would gladly kill us all if he realised we were made of tasty, tasty meat...)

That new call of duty game brought a few tears to my eye. I had no idea things were that bad back then. Plus the fact I'm a very soft hearted individual.

Two things.

1. I bought Bioshock a week before the Steam sale
2. I bought resistance two over Fallout 3.

And I guess My girl.

I do not like Sam i am, i do not like green eggs and ham!

I'll mention a few things. The part when Dobby died in Harry Potter 7.
I've only seen this in anime, most recently in Gurren Lagann, when the hero is in total despair and cannot defeat the villain and suddenly the reassuring voice of a fallen comrade comes to his ear and he turns to see him standing there. Whereupon he is urged to not give up and keep fighting.

This is what I'm talking about. It's in Japanese and there's not subtitles and it takes a while to get to what I'm talking about, but I think you'll get it if you watch it.

If you're a anime fan watch Kanon 2006 and tell me you don't water in the eyes or start to shed tears

I didn't even come close to crying or anything near it in Gurren Lagann... it was so epic that i could not come down from my high of awesome.

Not even when Nia died?
I have a lot of problems with Gurren Lagann but overall I liked it.

Going a bit odd-topic, but oh well. I've had three anyway, as I'm a sophomore right now. I had the same one in 7th and 8th grade, as that was just the basic stuff really, and he was good. Then last year I had the one that showed us stuff on Youtube all the time and such, and I still learned a bit, but I probably learned an equal amount of things on the Internet from him. Then I have my Spanish 3 teacher this year, who is also good. I'm learning everything just fine.

Dear Convenient Label,
I hope you are a girl, cause even if i was 4 1/2 i wouldn't cry from that. In fact, if i was that young when i saw this i might have killed myself thinking Michel Jackson has taken over the world and I'd rather die then have one of his followers teach me about the rabbit hole.

On a lighter note: I almost cried from kiwi, but the end gave me an overwhelming sensation of laughter as you here the thud.

She never died she just disappeared, slightly less depressing.

Nope, no tearjerker for me. It might have been the voice.

Only song that gave me the impulse to shed a tear was the Johnny Cash rendition of Trent Reznor's "Hurt"

Sorry, you lost me immediately after 'I hope you are a girl'. What relevance is being 4 1/2? Where did Michael Jackson come into it? What rabbit hole?! Am I missing some pop culture reference all the hip young kids understand?

What makes me cry? Here's an idea: Say I have the most brutal english teacher ever (which I do), and as I'm about to save and eject my flash drive containing my final project that will give me an F if I miss from the computer five minutes before his class, and then all of a sudden a virus comes from a random place and anally rapes my essay. I'd cry. Wouldn't you?
And the video made me tear up as well.

The "Far Away" video by Nickelback always gets me teary-eyed. But something to make me seriously cry is a death of someone I actually knew, or something similar to that.

There's only one movie that ever made me close to crying, and that's Dead Poets Society. But that is because a friend of mine also committed suicide after being harassed by his parents.

My boyfriend apologizing to me or vice versa. Making up after an argument or a full on fight always gets me, but their (I can't believe I'm saying this) Happy Tears.
