Your contingency plan for the literal genie

Since there seems to be plenty of plans for the zombie invasion, I figured one of the other fantasy staples needs to be addressed: the literal genie.

What is the literal genie you ask? Pretty much what it says on the tin, a wish granting genie (or djinn or devil if you prefer) who takes great pleasure in twisting the semantics of your wish to something that'll annoy you at best and at worst... make you wish for a merciful death.

Some classic examples:
"I wish I had a million bucks" You're trampled by a million deer.
"I wish I had a million dollars" Your mother is chopped up by the city's snowplow, the city settles out of court for a million dollars. (that is of course if isn't just converted into pennies and materialized just above your head)
"I wish for eternal life" Opps. You forgot to wish for eternal youth as well. Enjoy eternity as a decrepit, bed ridden old man.
"I wish I had the body of an underwear model" Go check the freezer, and then try explaining it to the cops.

So how do you deal with a malevolent entity who offers you a single wish and come out ahead? Of course all answers will be picked through by your fellow escapists for any means of turning it against you. And feel free to relate any helpful stories of wishes gone bad.

The same way you deal with a woman you no longer wish to speak to.

That'd be the ideal, but unfortunately as seen in the Wishmaster series that usually just encourages the entity to hang around and pester you until they get the response they're looking for.

I wish to become all powerful! is the best i can find, or maybe this " i wish i had absolute control and understanding of everything".
the question is really how well you are allowed to define your wish, i mean you could write an entire essay on simply one wish, also it is all a matter of interpretation "I wish for eternal life" ok the genie gave some other guy eternal life also maybe if the genie has full understanding of all the languages in the universe what you say in English the genie might interpret as Venusian where it means something totally different if we are going to play this game i think the rules need to be more well defined.

Other options i considered:
I wish for 1000 wishes!"
*pof* it is done
"Really i have a 1000 wishes"
Yea sure, you can wish a 1000 times but i'm not saying that the wishes are going to come true.

I want to become a god!
*pof* you become some weird Indian elephant god protector of peanuts or something.

Threaten to wish them into oblivion if they dont do as you say. Being stuck in that crappy game for all time would drive them insane.

I wish I had your powers and knowledge of how to use them, with none of the restrictions/rules/regulations/laws/taboos/mores placed on them and you... or that lamp shit.

I figure that this way if the genie tries to screw me over I can counteract it using the powers he used to have.
