It was so very delicious. Exciting too, since we stole all the Mulberries from a tree on an empty lot. It does take a while to cook, but do give yourself the chance to try it. Great fun. |

I'd like to make it clear right from the start that I do not include marmalade in this thread. Jelly on the other hand, will be accepted.
So personally I'm partial to raspberry jam, although I had a run in with blueberry jam once and it was just divine. Apparently Purps has had pineapple jam, and that strikes me as something I ought to try. I've never made jam myself, but I've had homemade jam a few times and figure it's something I should try at least once.
So er, discuss. And yes, this is mostly for a joke, but uh... Jam?
