I find Rap annoying, but not as annoying as constant blast beats and cookiemonster vocals.

I personally hate country, hip-hop, pop, and rap music and all that shit on Disney. Frickin' Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana suck. xP

Fan of alt rock, rock, metal, screamo, techno, emo, and a lot more. :P

All the shitty Emo, shitty rap, and shitty pop that plauges the radio right now. The best stuff would be almost all rock from the 60s 70s 80s 90s and a select amopunt of hard rock/heavyt metal bands right now. But they don't get on the radio that much so I just use Pandora and a college radio near me that plays good stuff.(WSOU-Seton Hall's pirate radio).

I'm not a fan of Seton Hall, I just like thier college radio station....Just to clear that up.

I agree mostly with Alvandera, I forgot to Mention disney. (how could I forget) and Country too.

Although I don't listen to Techno much, I do like bands like Nine Inch Nails and Ministry which combine rock and metal elements. Also, it mainly the Emo on the radio I hate, the other stuff(like Senses Fail and stuff along the lines of that) is tolerable.

Eh. I'm not gonna say I hate 95% of music, because I don't. I'm having trouble myself finding something new to listen to.

What I HAVE been listening to lately is Eisley, Ladytron, and Emilie Autumn. (Only a few songs of Emilie though.) I just like pretty female vocals. xD Also just piano intros n' crap from some techno songs I have.

That is a very good song by them. Currently I have thier latest album, "The Slip" which is a very good album in my opinion. It sounds a lot less industrial than the stuff they have done in the past but it's still NIN to the core. Check it out if you want to.

-95% of country (Cash, Haggard, Nelson, and Parton are some exceptions)
-Gangsta rap
-Current party rap (Soulja Boy, I'm lookin' at YOU!)
-65% of death metal (Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, and Autopsy are some fantastic exceptions)
-R&B from the '90s up until now (Boys II Men, Chris Brown, R-Kelly* and the like)
-Pop princesses (Brittany Spears, early Christina Aguilara, Miley Cyrus, and the like)
-Boy bands (ALL OF THEM! Yes, including New Kids on the Block)
-99.9% of emo (early My Chemical Romance is the only exception)
-Screamo (From First to Last, I'm lookin' at YOU!)
-98% of pop-punk (Green Day and Sum41 are the only exceptions)
-Avril. Fucking. Lavigne.
-Katy. Fucking. Perry.
(EDIT: And techno. Not electronica/trance, but "dance" music)

Hate, hate, hate, hate, HAAAAAATE!!!!!!

*But, I must confess, Trapped in the Closet is a BIG guilty pleasure of mine.

Zac_Dai:
Also if someone calls the entire Electronic music scene "Techno" again I'll kill a puppy.

Not the same thing.

Aqua=Techno

Paul Oakenfold=Electronica (or "Trance", if you want to be more P.C.)

Just thought I'd clear that up.
