Right. That's what I'm saying. That logic only holds up for so long. No matter what, there will always be people who will be offended or hurt by certain things, and the best you can do is try to accommodate those people's feelings. It's called being considerate.
And for the record, I swear on a regular basis. My girlfriend hates swearing. So I try my best to keep it to a minimum around her. And at work. However, I swear with my friends and family, as long as it remains appropriate. That's all there is to it.

Depends on how and when its used. If you swear in context and at the right moment it will add a punch to what you are saying.
