TheNecroswanson:
So, what is your favorite kind of cheese, and how do you like to best enjoy it?

For a sandwich
Emmental (swiss, nutty and hard)

Crackers or alone
Pie d'angloys (creamy soft french)
Blacksticks Blue (rich, spicy blue with and orange hue)

Pizzas or Pasta
Parmigiano-Reggiano (parmesan)

I'm a real big fan of all types of cheese. I always have a couple kinds at my place for snacks. My favorites are:

Gouda
Munster
Swiss
Moz.
Provolone
Etc.

Mozzarella melted with plenty of sauce and pepperoni on a pizza. Delicious.

I love anything that I can buy in a wax-coated wheel. Or any cheese that involves fruit somehow.

Being poor, I can't afford to just buy cheese to eat, so I going to say its a tie between Mozza, and that shredded Tex-Mex cheese that Kraft makes, that stuff is great on omelettes and works with almost everything.

Parmesan, being cooked with some diced steak and garlic; lots of garlic.
Failing that, cheese with macaroni.

Cheese is good in all shapes and forms. Except for the old cheese which I don't like much.

Cheddar is my cheese of choice (I'm so generic). I make omelettes with sliced cheddar cheese and cooked ham almost every day. I also indulge in the occasional marble cheese cubes.

I like a specific group of cheeses. I despise mushy cheese like Brie, but adore harder, perhaps slightly sweeter cheeses like cheddar.

Cheddar and Mozzarella, usually. But that ground Parmesan is just heavenly in my favorite pasta dishes.

Cheddar by far. It's at it's best when it's melted on sphagetti bolganese(sp) or eaten plain when grated.
