So one of the Escapist Film Festival winners was a show called Unskippable, which now has two episodes. So what do you all think of it?

I personally find it pretty funny, but that may be just because it's new. I laughed at loud at ZP when I first found it, but not any more.

Frankly, I'm a big fan of LoadingReadyRun (The same guys & their friends), but... meh, I don't find unskippable too funny.

Edit: Just watched the Dead Rising one... better, certainly, but still not great.

Yup, I think it's pretty funny. Admittedly, the pilot they did for the film festival was more funny than the one on Eternal Sonata, but maybe it's because Eternal Sonata is so sickening anyway.

I find unskippable absolutely hilarious. It's just the kind of ridiculous, stupid humor that I need to pick myself up when I'm having a bad day. Which I have been for the past week-and-a-half now.

I find it a lot funnier than most of the videos series' here. I definitely find it funnier than the other new webseries'. I also appreciate it for its being an MST3K for video games. Its made me laugh out loud so I guess I like it.

No. The first one wasn't too bad, but making it a weekly feature is a waste of money.

I think they are awesome, seriously next time i play these games i might just turn on unskippable instead.

I love it, but you could ask this on the comments page, they exsist for a reason.

I think it's pretty good, some of the jokes are cringe worthy, others actually make me laugh out loud, which doesn't happen that often.

I didn't like the Eternal Sonata one as much as the other two though, but I do have to give them credit for making the Eternal Sonata intro actually watchable.

I also like how the first lot of posts in the comments haven't needed Permabans.

Personally, I think they are great, its subtle but still funny. and they do have some great lines in their videos.

Quite amusing. Both episodes have had some ingenious one-liners so far; "Now presenting the Grammy award winning band, Slayer!", "No questions, mommy's drunk" and that smooth chest comment made me laugh.

I'm looking forward to the next episode.

Dont worry about it, everything is normally repeated at least twice anyway. I hope unskippabble doesnt do one for MGS, the video would last for HOURS.

They have some clever bits but I don't really like it.

I think it has the potential to be a really funny show.

Its like complaining about what your watching on TV. Its enjoyable to do. Its enjoyable to do it with other people. Having to watch something while listening to someone else complain over it, however, is not fun.

I like it. It brings the humor from ZeroPunctuation, but extracts Gorden Ramsey and Quentin Tarantino. Both a blessing and a curse. But still pretty Damn funny.

Its funny, really hilarious, it would be funnier if they continued with other cutscenes from the games, but then the shows would be really long. It would make the dead rising episode funnier though. Like the one where the evil old lady lets the zombies into the mall because her dog is outside

It's a good series. I hope it doesn't end any time soon.

I'm really liking it... both episodes had me struggling to breathe at times. (But in a good way :D)

Just my kind of humour I guess. Lot of people in here seem to be taking the "it's funny, but it's not cool to give something only praise" tack. Well fie upon you all! Unconditional praise from this end of the internet.
