Most of these lists are paid for by the record companies. Also the magazine tries to remain very very neutral, to avoid criticism. Thus, the first four.

Nobody will argue that those four are top notch. There classics.

And that song is actualy kinda catchy. It has a heavy bass beat, and sounds techno/pop. The average person who doesn't go out there searching for songs, probably hasn't heard much techno, house or anything. So the mix of it with pop, which is basically what timbaland does with all the songs he mixes, is new and refreshing to the average person.
