Ugh, this was the WORST movie I have ever seen. The plot didn't make sense until the end, and even then it was bad. The script and directing were just as bad, if not worse. To cap it off, almost every actor was bad...except for Samuel L. Jackson who seemed to be the only actor that realized the movie was a joke and attempted to make it a movie so bad it was good. It didn't quite make and stayed and just plain horrible. In my opinion, it was even worse than Eragon. Don't watch it. Ever. I had a dream someone tried to get me to watch it and I ran away from them very fast, seriously.

"One of the root problems with Sin City was that the city itself (Basin City) never actually felt like an inhabitable place. A city built exclusively on overt crime and corruption can't possibly have a strong economy that merits growth"

ever been to San Fransisco or Chicago :P

other than that I still think I would like to see this movie just to see Samuel L. Jackson parade around like a Pimp in the South Chicago Projects

I've been hearing mixed things about this movie.
I'll probably see it, but I am hearing more bad than good.

I would vote worth seeing for the experience, just don't expect cinema brilliance. And you may as well ignore the plot altogether.

Gran Torino comes to all theaters tommorow!

Though it's been in this one theater (that I can't stand) near where I live...

Excellent review, and I totally agree with you on pretty much every thing you said. So you must be right. ;)

The only positive I had to say on the film was; "At least it was fairly short."
