TimeGate didn't even develop or publish F.E.A.R. as the staff post implies - TimeGate only did expansion packs for the game.. Whereas NCSoft has a huge array of games, including some really impressive ones like Guild Wars and Lineage. I was a big Kohan fan, but the sequel didn't do so well, and these publishers are on completely different scales. |

Anonymous Source Posts: 2 Joined: 20 Mar 2008 | I can't figure out how NCsoft lost either.. Though I learned about this thing from the Champions Online forums and not the CoH/V forums. Maybe if it was mentioned somewhere on those forums more NCsoft fans would have voted. If TimeGate didn't make F.E.A.R. that also sucks for NCsoft since some people might have mistakenly voted for TimeGate for that reason. I guess unless there's some grand prize for the winner it doesn't matter anyway :D. |

(6) NCsoft vs. (11) TimeGate:
NCsoft: The South Korean NCsoft opened up shop in North America and dropped off some great and overly time-consuming games like the Lineage series and the awaited Aion.
TimeGate: Developers of Axis & Allies and the Kohan Series, TimeGate really stepped into the spotlight with F.E.A.R. Whether or not that is enough to push them to the next round is yet to be seen.
