First poster puts up a problem or a task that he has to accomplish.
Second Poster puts up negative reinforcement for him. Basically the Anti-encouragement.
For example:
Poster 1: I need to finish my homework
Poster 2: Why bother? You're just going to fail the course in the end anyway.
