"We wont have enough room in the car for all of us. I could stay here and investigate this house and when you have taken the boy to an asylum you can come back and pick me up."

Travis nodded, "Sounds like a plan." he agreed. Picking up Benji, Travis motioned for Saheed to follow as he exited the house and headed for the car.

Tsurugi follows behind the group as they head to the embassy. He had no weapons so he didn't have to worry about giving anything to anybody to carry for him. He had his own pack with the book still in it slung over his shoulders as he walks across the street looking around.

Samuel decided it would be safer to stick with the group and climbs into the back seat of the car behind Saheed. "I don't like the look of this kid at all..." he mumbled, and started jotting down everything he could hear from the boy. All the ramblings about the "Messenger" and all.

At a loss for anything meaningful he could contribute, Tony settled for being a voice of at least some common sense.

"You do realise that when we all show up at this asylum with weapons and a boy who's been beaten up, the staff will automatically assume we did it, right?"

At the asylum, things went reasonable well. The staff didn't care much about Benji's cracked face or the groups shifty eyes. The halls of the building rang out with manic laughter and crying from the inmates. They best not think about it; how minds can crack so easily.

Jon waited by the car for the rest to return. The place around the asylum was just as run down as the place they had came from. I guess the government didn't care too much for this part of town.

As the group assembled back together, they returned to pick Jack up again.

Jack quickly started looking around the house when the group left, carrying the insane boy with them. He starting looking for something, anything, helpful in the room with the symbols on the wall. He then moved through the rest of the house, ending in the room with the corpse

OOC: Spot Hidden Roll of 5 (how lucky). Do I need to make a roll for each room?

OOC: To everyone else in the car, too slow. The car was too fast.

OOC: Also, that was a good roll, you can check that score. Roll above your score and you can gain a D6 bonus to it.

OOC: I rolled a 7. No advancement for me :(

IC: Jack copied the Latin scribble into his notebook and waited out the front of the house. That cat gave him the creeps.

Leaning against the side window, Travis idly watches the scenery pass the car by. But, Travis quickly comes to alertness when he spots the strange man in the black robe and mask which resembles a long single horn down the middle like an elephant trunk. Travis quickly exclaims "Stop the car Saheed! I just saw a strange man, who was wearing a black robe with the mysterious symbol we have been noticing so far. I want to investigate this, but if anyone wishes to come along then feel free to join me.".

OOC: Him and I have some discussing to do... as in, crowbar to the shins!

"Did he notice us? If so, I'd put money on them tailing us."

The car stopped, parking on the side of a busy side walk while the others continued to talk about this (if this oversteps my bounds, give me a call). "I know what I saw, it was someone wearing one of those symbols on their chest! I'm sure that if we find him, we can prove that he has some sort of connection with the museum and Benji." Travis said in some urgency. "The idea that they're tailing us might have some plausibility, but this is a chance too good to pass up. As long as we stay together, I'm sure that we can handle one of these people." Travis stated, and he reached for the door handle.

OOC: So, shall we?

"All together or not at all. Otherwise, the others could get cut off. What makes you think there's just one of them, anyway?"

OOC: I would recommend not killing this guy. Get some info. Then kill him.

Travis jumped out of the car followed by the rest. He ran over to where he saw the figure but noone was there. A few street dwellers but no masked man, nothing. The backally's where long and hard to navigate.

"He's gone," Travis excailmed looking slightly foolish hoping the rest would believe him.

OOC: Sorry for that pupeteering. Back to your regular programing.

OOC: You would see what I saw, however you werent quick enough so you missed it. Now, me back to looking like an idiot.

"I'm telling you people, I clearly saw someone in that alley." Travis pleaded as the group returned to the car. They said nothing, and entered the car once more. Saheed started the engine and the car reentered the open street.

OOC: Just getting us back on track I guess, as usual tell me if I overstepped my bounds and I'll edit it.

Max had been trying to get information out of the soldiers, with little success. "Have you figured out what happened yet?" was always met with a cold rebuff and an assurance that investigations were continuing. Max was impatient. It would have been better if he had been allowed to go back to the museum and read, or examine the exibits, but the soldiers from the embassy had sealed off the building. Now they were all just languishing in the embassy, trying to answer questions that they didn't know.

OOC: Ok, I'll move the story on a bit now...

The investigators arrived at the Museum as it was closing off to the public. Soldiers hearded the group into the embassy after hearing that they too had been apart of Dr Spencer's death. Meeting up with the rest, the Egyptian police as well as soldiers and officials from the embassy questioned the investigators.

OOC: You may make Fast Talk, Ordiory, Persaude or ask them questions and talk to them if you wish. Right now you're all together at the embassy being asked the usual questions. I have left this blank incase anyone wants to do anything, otherwise it will continue on tomorrow.

Travis frowns, and begins to let loose all he knows about this mystery to his interrogator...

The police listen intently at Travis well precived bullcrap. For a few hours they spend gathering data before letting the group go believeing only that one group arrived and saw the horror as the others went to go meet up with their 'friend' Benji, unknowing of the museum.

As the investigators left they see that many hours have indeed past and the sun slowly setting.

"Well, the scene seems to be dying down for now. But we have to be careful, now that we have let the police know about our involvement, theres no telling what could happen." Travis said in the museums main hallway, the group scattered around the room. Travis continued "So I think that we should be wary, and keep on our toes in case of any more strange occurances.". Yawning, Travis headed for the door, "I'm heading to the embassy to get some sleep. Wake me if you find anything else important.", then exited into the darkening street.

"Were still all going to the dig site tomorrow right? Does anyone remember how we were going to get there or where this place is? And how should we prepare?" Charles asks after just recalling what they originally came here for.

I think the game's dying. There's still a few days to the boat arrives for the dig site. Fire knew a bit of info about the next clue, but I don't think it worked out too well over the interwebs.

OOC: Well most people aren't posting anymore, so I have no idea who I should be talking too. Most RP's are slowing down and dying off, the imput isn't there anymore. We can keep this going but there will be only about 5 or 6 people posting.

I was going to do a call thing before we hit the boat to see who's still ready to go. I guess there are too many RP's out there thinning down the numbers. Some RP's aren't even getting off the ground.

Well, maybe the others can just "leave", ie be killed off, and then we can go to the dig site. Even if there are only six of us, wer should have fun dying from unknown horrors. =D

Awwww... I shall not let this thread die, at least until its had another chance to have a comeback. Who is with me?

Sorry, I've been away for a few days...is the game dying or something? Because as far as I know I'm still in.

Max saw the guys who went to find Benji come back and immidiately get questioned by the police. When things calmed down he wandered over.
"So, did you find...what's his name...the kid who gave the stuff to Spencer?" He looked closely at the others' faces. "You guys look like you've seen a ghost or something. What happened?"

Samuel got shuffled around the room, being questioned by police about every last detail from this morning till now. Seems the police don't think it's us who did the killing, he thought to himself. The only thing left for him to do now was wait and see who was still in to take the fateful boatride to the digsite.

Tsurugi followed after Travis towards the embassy. Things had been exciting ever since they had arrived here. Not exactly all good exciting but exciting none the less. He couldn't wait till they got to go to the dig site and if it seemed a little selfish at the moment he was too excited to notice. He enters the embassy and heads up to his room, plunking down on the bed when he arrives. He lays down and lets his head fall back as he thinks about what else was going to happen to them. He gets more excited as his eyes slowly close and he drifts off to sleep, snoring slightly.
