Okay, this is one of the "I start, you elaborate, etc." things.
I will start with a sentence (about any sort of structure; building, city, boat, etc.) that ends with a cliffhanger. You start at the cliffhanger and continue.
So if I had "Let's build a..." you could finish with "boat! It could have..." "big-ass cannons that shoot..." "babies with..." and so on. If we get to a point where it's actually impossible to add anything more, someone should start it over.
