Yes, I guess its my turn to start a generic RP thread. But the thing is, I said start. This shall be no ordinary RP, it shall be more like an internet game. Well, actually it is a internet game. But anyway, getting on with it.

The way this will work is that each poster will gradually add more and more to the game, while building up more of a story by introducing such things as scenery, objects or organisms, and characters. Now you can only add one thing in each of your posts, but of course you can post multiple times, just as long as you follow the rules of the RP & Games Thread (duh). What I mean by this is that when adding a, lets say, object (eg a rock in space) you dont say they're are tiny lifeforms building a primitive civilization on it, just the rock along with any descriptions.

So a example of what I mean, if Poster #1 introduces a ship with yellow sails, Poster #2 could say the ship is sailing on a sea consisting of yellow colouring which by no means is a trend, then Poster #3 could say the sea is inhabited by a giant swarm of jellyfish, and Poster #4 could say that a ships boy named Gavin fell into the Sea, and this continues so on and so fourth. But a mix of seriousness and creativity would be welcome along with any silliness this could (possibly) bring. Another thing to add is that there is no limit to your descriptions, but remember, you can only add one thing.

So, does anyone care to try this out? Or is this a bust like so many others, I'm looking at you the people who joined the Cthulhu RP.

In walks a small brown and white dog. His tongue hangs out of his mouth as drool drips off of it. His fur is short and matted, he looks more like a mutt then a dog anybody had seen the need to take care of. The ribs poking out from his sides show you that he has obviously not had a lot of food but despite all of this he still has what appears to be a wide smile on his face.

Rides the dog a sleeping child, who wears a bowler hat.

The dog and the child are in a large bar made entirely out of tin-foil. Parts of the bar are nearly ready to fall apart.

Above them flies a flock of raven.

On one of the walls, there is a bright green calendar. According to the calendar, it is currently 2/14/1800 BC.

A plump man steps into the bar, the tinfoil door ripping to pieces from his wide gerth. Casting a almost hawk-like gaze across the room, his eyes settle on the boy and pup. He begins to smile, an ugly lipless thing, eyes rooted on the boy.

The eyes of the plump man seem to be made of some sort of metallic structure, the left one in particular seems to be very shiny.

A half man, half bearpig sees the old plump pedophile and tackles him, tearing at his face.

The skin peels back, revealing the metallic face underneath. The manbearpig uses the opportunity to rush to the boy, grabbing him with his paws and shouting "Come with me if you want to live!".

The dog, in retaliation bites the manbearpig in the leg. A chunk has been ripped out and blood is spraying from the wound.

The manbearpig kicks out in shock, sending the dog flying to crash through one of the tinfoil walls of the bar. He hits the ground hard with a yelp and the whole in the wall reveals a vast open desert as far as the eye can see.
