The blows all miss you, and the Gorrilla in blind rage leaps to it's feet. It staggers, but still manages to aim a punch at Dylan. |

Gone Gonzo Posts: 1058 Joined: 2 Jul 2008 | Dylan raises stalagmites of ice from the ground, diagonally pointing towards the Gorilla, in both a defensive and offensive move - hoping that the ice will block the attack, Dylan's secondary purpose is that the stalagmites would also harm the beast, should it charge into them. |

The gorilla stops just shy of the spikes, the wound from, its chest pumping blood, it readies a fist to punch the spikes when...
The gorilla makes a strangled choking noise before collapsing, dead. Grecan finally rolls to a stop and looks up at the blood-spattered fighters. "You lot are impressive, aren't you!" |

She looked over to the side of the ally, more people, non-adepts, were starting to gather at the area. Cecilia realized that a certain angry drunken man was among them, eager for revenge. Cecilia looked at him, not eager to face off with him again, she quickly adresses her new allies. "I'll be outside town, get whatever you want from this town and let's be on our merry way" She turns away, and takes off into the crowd, with her drunken harasser from earlier giving chase the best he could... though he could'nt possably match her speed, and it's clear that she will get away quickly. ... He spent as much time as he could meticulously weighing the blades, examining them, feeling them in his hand. In the end he chose a broadsword coupled with some reinforced leather armor; a light chainmail mesh hidden under a pair of strong chest and leg pieces. Cyrus also pruchased some gauntlets, outfitted with a solid blocking piece on the right forearm. Satisfied with his outfitted self, he headed to where the group said they planned to meet before their departure. |

It didn't take him long, and he made it to the rendezvous point with ample time to spare. This should be fun. |

Indeed, Cecilia planned on not giving any of them too much personal information. They would find her a lot harder to trust if they found out about her father. She turns her back to the group, putting up a wall of kindness She, and her allies, set out on the road ... Grecan's group reached Imil, a kindly little town in the continent's northern peak. The Mercury lighthouse was within sight, and the group decided to relax for the day, heading for the lighthouse tomorrow |
Infamous Scribbler Posts: 628 Joined: 26 Jul 2008 | Michael wanders about aimlessly until he finds a pub. He walks in and sits down in the sleepy place. There are a few drunks in the place but it is relativly empty. He orders a drink from the massive barman standing behind the counter and waits. Suddenly there is a loud crash behind Michael. He instictivly turns around, hand on the hilt of his blade, jumping into position to see a drunk has tipped over a table and another drunk was standing across from him. "WADDYA SAY A'BOOT ME MOTH'A!?!?!?!?" He shouted at the other drunk as he lept over the table, tackling down the man and he began to beat the living hell out of his face. THe second man rolled over and elbowed the first man in the nose and reached out for a bottle to smash. But the first man recovered too fast and kicked the second man in the chest, winding him. The first man grabbed the bottle and hit the second man over the head, shattering it. Suddenly, a third man, also equally drunk, rushed over, tackling the second man, still reeling from the bottle. the first man looked at the third man who was overtop the second man. The first man got onto one of his knees and was promptly knocked down buy a chair swung at him buy yet a fourth man. the first man was knocked clean flat onto the ground while the chair splintered and fell apart. Michael got his drink and began to sip it, still watching the fight. The second man, still under the third man, kciked hard into the third man's stomach and quickly getting up, only to topple over again as soon as he stood. the third man reeled back, falling onto a table behind him, breaking it with his weight. The fourth man turned to see the fall and the first man rolled over, kicking him in the knees, forcing him to the ground. It was at this point things quieted down as all four drunks were flat on their backs, either unconsious or reeling in pain. "This happen often?" Michael asked the Barman, finishing his drink. "Eh" replied the barman, turning to the self behind him. "Right" Michael said to himself, standing up and walking to the door. Turning his head to look at the destrustion he muttered, "I like this place..." He continued to wander through town, beginning to forget what he was supposed to do in the first place. He eventually made his way to the reandevous point after a few hours. |

Cecilia rolls completely clear of the rhino, and it attempts to turn, it stumbles however, and slips, falling on its side. It quickly rises to its feet, but the fall evidently hurt it. It attempts to gore Cecilia with its horn. |

The Rhino is halted by the spray of magma, roaring in pain. It backs off, it's hide covered in swiftly cooling magma, slowing its movement. It attempts to gore her once again, this time swinging its horn from the side. The spear is stopped, and the leopard man, partially stunned, is pushed away by the sword, but before Dylan can strike a blow he is attacked by one of the other leopard men, this time with an axe descending from above. |

The leopard man he stunned recovers, and the others axe embeds itself in the ice, not shattering it, but causing cracks to appear. Shielded - A chance to perform another attack without having to dodge an enemy attack. |

The spikes impale themselves in one of the leopard men, quickly melting. He bleeds from many cuts across his body, and is clearly in great pain. He has sustained Large wounds. The third leaps in front of him, shielding him, while the first stabs with his spear towards Michael. |

The rhino is hit square on with the boulder, the rock cracking against it's head. It sustains large wounds.
The rhino, already stunned by the boulder, falls over.
The Rhino, lying on the ground, sustains a massive gash to the side, but the thrust misses entirely.
The flare causes minor burns, and the rhino, crippled on the floor, gently flickers with fire. It pants heavily, close to death. Free Attack
The leopard man is impaled, letting out a howl. One of the other two leaps at you with his axe. |

Dylan raises the sword and tries his best to back away, too wary of the beast to risk attempting to withstand the blow, but too sluggish to effectively dodge.
As the gorilla already appears to be badly wounded, and Dylan wishes to neither waste his psynergy nor his well-being in long-ranged or close-ranged combat, he does not attack yet.
