Few things.

Create a country in the middle of a desert and build different cities all with 1950 style buildings and furniture. Then after a year or two, when we've had plenty of time to get used to this environment drop a couple of nukes on the place. After some of the radiation has settled, introduce some giant scorpions and mutated people into the environment. After about a year we can leave our vaults and live in this world. It'll be just like Fallout! We can even make a healthy profit by selling day passes to tourists.
