Web Developer Posts: 2696 Joined: 12 Nov 2002 | Jester Lord: I keep getting a fatal error message whenever I try to battle. Is it because Im facing a bot? I got to play one battle (I lost) and I have tried about 6 more times to battle but that message keeps on appearing. I don't lose any units or anything but I want to play.
doxcology: Alright so yeah same problem as everyone else, been having it for a while now. I click attack and then I get this lovely message.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13 bytes) in /sixpack/web/global/classes/class.cache.mem.inc on line 33
Feels like a warm hug.
:( :( :(
Do the people who made genre wars even still care about it at all?
Nemorov: Every time I set my army and press the attack button I get redirected to an error page. I made sure to enable everything, so I'm not really sure what the problem is. Kind of makes the game impossible to play.
Just saying...
EDIT: Ok, a lot of people are getting that same error message.
Knight Templar: I still get the "Fatal error" message and it makes the game far too annoying to play.
I am trying to track down why these errors are occurring.

Just play a few more. That's how I got it. |

It was the same thing when the others reached 5,000 battles and didn't get their badges untill their total number of battles minus the number of retreats reached the amount required for the badge. |

Surely there should be a small penalty/reward for the retreater/stander respectively, to encourage, y'know, fighting. ============================================= shane Find Attorney |

Also, Does it prevent me, supposedly, from attacking players with a much larger/smaller army than me? Cause all I can see in the warzone is the same five or six players. |

To answer your first question. The army value you see before you attack is the value of their army the last time they attacked. To answer the second part, the same people you see in the warzone(Xenu, Henrey Morgan, ect.) are actually computers. You don't see anyone else on there because no one else plays it now. |

Haha. Yes, I did notice it getting fairly tiresome after a while... Would be nice to see something new. |
