Agnostic - always have been, probably always will be (I don't see myself going hardcore atheist).

Roman Catholic born and raised.

Although I'm at that time in my life where I'm exploring other Religions and seeing what they're about (mostly the old European Pagan ones) I have to say, studying other religious beliefs is pretty fun.

Well, none. Never have been religious, as far as I can remember.

i frequent a Greek orthodox temple, i also frequent a Russian orthodox church, and i visit the Mormons every odd Sunday. so i don't really follow anything, i lean towards Christianity though, but my own modified version, i frequent these churches because of my friends.

It may sound like it's a religion based on worshipping me, but in fact it's not.
The central dogma of the religion is that every action should have the ultimate goal of satisfying Jonluw's vanity.
Worship is a pretty good way to achieve this though.

I'm rally of two minds on it - on one hand, it'd take a huge albatross off of the neck of the rest of the US. OTOH, think of all the poor people who are non-white-straight-male-christians who'd immediately be busted down to second-class citizenship.

On the third hand, they might have nuclear weapons. I think we can all agree that would be suboptimal.

I'm honestly convinced America should just split into two countries. The blue states in one, the red states in another. At least then the endless "if you were in charge the country would fall to shit!" would be finally settled by simply observing which new country does better.

well considering most liberal states have no real resources of their own i think they would fall apart at that level.

Considering that most 'red' states get more money from the Federal government than they pay to it in taxes, I have my doubts about how well they'd do without their regular handouts from us REAL PRODUCERS.

doesn't matter once Mr rich guy who owns oil fields in Texas or Alaska can no longer get to those oil fields he no longer has money. besides i no longer live in the US and have no concern for the left or the right, us moderates are tired of hearing the bitching from the blues and reds.
