I'd like to know if there's a certain way to know a specific user to contact about moderation matters, some mods outrank others, ect, who's at the bottom to start with, then who do I go to, ect, ect, how is it all structured?

Specifically on this occassion, I have a question regarding my warnings, I'm still in the green, but its been AAAGGGGEEESSS since the first warning, and quite a while since the second, my understanding was that they would go down over time, and this hasn't happened yet, could someone assist me please? it's definately been way more than 6 months since the first, which is the number in my head - have they just not been checked recently? Has someone put a note on my account 'never reduce he's rating, he's a total complainer' or something?

The timer gets restarted after every warning, so if your second warning is less than six months old, that's why you haven't regained any health. As for the mods, as far as I know there's only one type of mod. (Some?) staff members have admin rights, and are technically above the mods, but for the most part the moderation system here is pretty bureaucratic and impersonal; users don't interact much with specific mods, at least not in an official capacity.
