@Trillby May I have all your cookies? My people are starting to get restless, and I need to feed them something.
History has shown that this is the best solution.
@Steke would you like White Chocolate Chip, Milk Chocolate Chip, Staika's Duodenum Chip...
@Trillby The last one, all of them. I have no idea what Duodendum is, but I bet it's better and easier to get than bread.
Okay, just a second... *walks downstairs, there are screams and butcher knife thuds*
Your cookies will be ready soon. Just... waiting for them to bake. Duodenum is full of stomachy acids, which help digestion.
@Steke *hands over Staika Duodenum cookies* They're made from fresh, farm raised staikas.
@Trilby: I'll buy a dozen. Is credit fine?
@RaN Well, I normally take disused currency... just a minute... *pulls out an original card reader* Would you like a membership card? You get points towards purchases at all TrilbyCorp shops and partner companies. *bags some cookies*
Wait a minute, WHY AM I A PRODUCT ALL OF A SUDDEN? Take the orange or better yet take Mortis, I'm not that good >.>
@Trilby: *drives his Panzer to the Drive-Thru window at Trilby's cookie stand*
I'll take a half-dozen of staika's Gray-Matter Macaroons, a half-dozen of staika's Peanut Butter Pancreas, and lastly a dozen of staika's Kokonut Kidney Kremes.
@Mort Aww, Grey Matter... fine. *pulls out hatchet and goes downstairs. there is a crunch and two large squicks followed by dozens of screams* And what currency will you pay with today?
@staika Oranges don't have organs, and staikas don't have tanks. That's why.
@RaN *shuts up and maxes out the card for 12 apparently sub-par cookies*
@trilby: Dammit, you beat me with logic again. WHY CAN'T I WIN THESE BATTLES!?
@staika because you hid in a box with a crazy man at Christmas time and now he's cloning you with a nipple.
EDIT: I just realise, we now live in a hypothetical society where someone perfects human cloning and basically is using it for mass producing Soylent Green Cookies.
@Tribly: What do you mean "hypothetical?" Everything that goes on here is real. >.<
@RaNDM: That card is awesome. Just sayin'.
Oh god the escapist is so hard to get on now, I keep getting the 404 error.
Yay it's not just me, I was just playing on my command prompt to past the time when the site was down......... It basically just proves the fact that the escapist is about the only thing I spend my time on >.>
@staika yeah... I decided to try Realm of the Mad God.
@Trilby: I'm downloading a game now as well as playing around in my command prompt. This makes me feel like a nerd now that I am spending time messing around in the command prompt >.>
@staika ooh, what game!?
also, yes. playing around with command prompt is nerdy. it might make you feel like computer-God, but it's nerdy.
of course, I can't really talk, because I'm trying to get into Abertay to learn how to make games.
@Trilby: Far Cry 2, I saw the far cry 3 trailer and I had an urge to play far cry 2 since I just beat the two original far cries.
And yes it is nerdy, it makes it worse in that I know some of the commands off the top of my head and I know what the information is talking about. Well that's what my major is on so I should know what that information is telling me :P
@staika cool. fun game.
and it's not that bad to know commands like that. a couple of years ago, when I was doing technical studies, I had to basically type the same two lines of code in about 20 times, and it got to the point where I wasn't even paying attention but still doing it.
@Trilby: I played it a long time ago and I was disappointed with how long it was but now I really want to beat it. I won't let it beat me!
Well my major (Which is Networking Database Professional, AKA professional computer nerd) requires me to learn all about computers and how to run and fix them. I get to mess around in a virtual PC so much in my class, so it's quite interesting :P
@staika All I'm imagining is you as Roy from The IT Crowd... But somehow, I doubt the course I'm trying to get onto will be like that. It's a lot of applied mathematics and graphics programming (that makes up about a quarter of the four year course).
@games: Been playing Oblivion recently since I can't play Skyrim (don't own it and can't run it). Aside from that, my gaming options are severely limited since I don't even own a machine myself.
@CA Well that must be terrible, not owning the machine. But Oblivion's fun. I've sunk many a day into that game *nostalgic smile*
Welp, I gotta go. School tomorrow.
@games, I got DXHR and SS3 this weekend, and I'm debating what I should play first after I get GWAMM in Guild Wars.
@CA: I know what you mean, I can't PC game since my laptop is not a high end laptop. It makes me feel left out since everyone in my class has a high end gaming desktop. Even my teacher has this kick ass desktop that he brought in to show us. Now that was a pretty computer.
@Trilby: I don't think my major will get into programming, We do a lot of math though since we need to do subnetting, binary, hexidecimal, and a few others. And whats awesome is that my teacher is a calculator nazi and we will not be allowed to use calculators at all during our time there. You learn to appreciate calculators when you start getting into 2 to the 20th power.....
@staika: I was fine up until November 24th, when my old machine literally died. It was six or seven years old, but I can't afford to buy a new one. So I'm pretty much screwed.
@CA: yeah i know how it is. I had to buy a low end laptop even though I'd like to get into pc gaming I can't since I don't have a good machine. I am hopeful that i could win the origin pc but that is almost guaranteed not to happen but I can dream XD
@staika: Far Cry 2 is fun, but dealing with enemies at every checkpoint got on my nerves. I liked the story though, and there's dozens of ways to attack each objective.
Just don't try stealth. They never got around to patching silencers in that game.
@Trilby: *checks wallet*
Hmm...do you accept Prussian francs?
