A large gunshot rings out and a hole is punched in the wall where Four's head had been a moment before.
A figure is standing in the doorway, holding a large handgun and sword.

"So you would keep her on a leash, even now. Heartless bitch.
And what you're saying about people wanting to blow up the planet, you couldn't have just ask Lambda to take care of them, nooo you just needed to wipe Lambda's mind clean and turn her into a glorified weapon."

"It's not like I can use her for anything else! Dig a murakumo unit out of the rubble, spend ages fixing her up, then make her your robot-maid. Great idea." Kokonoe looked at Eddie. "If I hadn't done that, she'd go kill crazy as soon as someone pressed the power switch. Needs of the many, needs of the few, all that shit."

@Trilby Well sorry, I'm using my IPod to post at the moment, so I can't refresh the page every few seconds because it takes ages to load.

Rose caught the phone Conall tossed at her and put it in her pocket. She said to Tanner, "I'd like that. This place is too shiny, keeps reminding me of why I can't see myself."

Four heard the gunshot and spun around. She raised her hands and said, "Woah! Sorry! I thought this place was abandoned! I'll just leave...oh wait you're a robot." She ran for the back door as fast as possible.

Tophat pulled out its own sword and pistol, aiming at the figure.
"Hello there."

The robot shoots Tophat in the chest, then runs at Four.

"Yes, you could have. The rocket technology that exists in this period in time is used in two forms. One is used in the ICBMs that could destroy entire cities and populations in the millions. The other is used in rockets that can be used as colony ships. Ships of exploration and discovery. The same goes with Lambda. All the robotic faculties could have propelled technological industries far beyond what society could have imagined. You would have inspired so many other scientists by what you found. The breakthrough in Artificial Intelligence everyone was looking for. You could have published fantastic discoveries by observing and activating Lambda. Stuff that would and could have propelled society in a way that it would not have had to worry about the menaces that you sought to get rid of."

"Fucking look at her! Do you see a crazed killer? I don't, I see a emotionally scarred woman.
Needs of the many, indeed... You use her to serve your own needs and yours alone.
You're no better then whoever it is you send her out to stop."

Tophat grunts, then runs after the robot, the wound slowly healing.
"No you wont!"
It fires a couple of rounds towards the robot.

"Lambda isnt anything new. She's the eleventh subject. I would have thought you could figure that out from the name. Twelve and thirteen were made before we even found her." Kokonoe turned to Eddie. "Hello? Blow up the world, bad guys, the continuim shift? It had to be done. And DONT YOU DARE COMPARE ME TO THAT BASTARD!" Kokonoe's teeth were bared, claws out.

"Alright then." I say to Rose and walk out of the ship.

The robot spins. Target was eliminated. Existence is illogical. it says. Target timeline will cease.
The tone barely changes, but the last part is obviously an order.

The bullets bounce off the robot's metal body, and it rushes after Four.

"I will not cease!"
Tophat dive-tackles the robot, hoping to knock it to the floor.

"That doesn't exclude you from making that choice. The other scientists that made the other units, they also had the choice of doing the same thing. You could have made the better choice and stood out from them. All you would have needed was to site your sources. And from Lambda, you could have improved from her technology and propelled AI technology far greater than anything else and use that for knowledge."

Four drew her sword and slashed at the robot as it ran towards her. "Hey, I said I was leaving! Just chill out!" She shouted at it.

Rose followed Tanner out of the ship and walked to the stage. She hopped up onto it and sat on the edge.

"And why not. I look at you and I see nothing but greed and anger.
Sounds like the propperties of a 'bad guy' to me!
You could have used other means of fighting them, but no you forced Lambda into slavery instead, and worse still, you refuse to release her!"

Target timeline WILL cease. the robot orders, not falling.
It blocks the sword slash with its own blade.

"...How long has this been here?" I ask Rose as I look at the stage, though Buddy quickly tells me the answer.

Rincewind sees the robot from a far
"What spell would work best against something made of metal hmm mabye ice and frie right after another that might help"

Kokonoe barely registered EMily. She came this close to telling Lambda to kill Eddie right then and there. "What if I do release her? I only found out she was concious about a week ago. She cant survive by herself, and I still take good care of her."

OoC: Is it just me, or is Kokonoe sounding a bit abusive-parent-ish?

"Make me."
Tophat fires a round into the face of the robot, at point black range, before making a stab towards its stomach.

"Look, if this is because I took your calendar, you can have it back. _{Damn thing isn't any useful now anyway.}" Four said to the robot as she backed up and swung again.

"A few days now." Rose said to Tanner with a smile.

The bullet dents the robot's forehead, and its abdomen splits mechanically to let the blade pass through safely.
Order accepted.
The robot shoots Tophat in the head and stabs it in the shoulder.

Rincewind tries to kill the robot with his staff sending ice and fire at it
"That doesn't seem to work Rincewind
"We need more power this staff just can't get enough power here"

I jump onto the stage as well. "So...what instrument do you play?" I ask.

"You take good care of her? Lambda herself seems to disagree.
But to answer your question: You could build a life support system for her.
And don't give me a bullshit answer that that isn't possible. If you can build whatever is keeping her alive right now, you can build something that keeps her alive without turning her into a drone."

"Fine, ignore what I have to say then..." EMily crossed her arms. You're still no good scientist in my book.
"Then show us then. Show us that you've been a good parent. We've only seen your face a couple of times and that was only for maintenance. What else is there? Good health is one thing, but a good mind is another. A good parent shows affection. They protect, heal, and teach. From EMily's reports, it seems as though several of those aspects are missing from you."

As a side note: I assumed that the Blazblue universe had at least some form of robotics in it. Tried to make her statement as universal as possible.

Tophat sidesteps when it sees the robot raise its gun, then makes a swipe towards the robots neck.
"Alright then, don't make me! Who are you?!"

"Ooh! I've got it! Leave us alone!" Four shouted at the robot as authoritative as possible.

"Mainly guitar and drums. But I can sing and play a few other instruments as well." Rose said, trying to sound humble.

"That's nice. What sort of music do you like?" I ask Rose.

"I saw this in a movie Rincewind since he's a robot we can destroy him with Pardoxes like you know how does a bag that carries everything carry itself with in it"
