After Jessica finished stating her and Rita's business, the guard nodded. "One moment." he reached for his pendant, rubbing it with his thumb. For two minutes, there was silence. After this, however, he looked back to Jessica. "Very well. Follow me." Opening the gates, the guard lead Jessica and Rita into the palace, to a different, yet similar-looking room they had met with Estella previously. "Someone will be here to see you in a moment." having said that, the guard waited outside the door.

OoC: @Drak, sorry, was watching a movie :P

Rita looked around the room "Why all the different meeting rooms?" she wondered aloud.

Aoko tilted her head a bit. "Well... it could be around a lot longer if we find this Destroyer thing, huh? Maybe I can help find it?"

Yuki looked over and nodded, a grin slowly increasing on her face. "Miss out on an opportunity to slash something evil and powerful? Hell no. I've told you that my blade eats souls, right? It loves stronger and evil ones..."

"You mean you would actually help me?" White asked as she shot up from her sitting spot.

Aoko smiled at White springing out of her seat. "Of course. If something's threatening my world, I want it gone."

"It should be more than enough for it." Yuki replied, smirking as she looked up toward the sky again. You're more than enough for me too..

Jessica nodded to the guard and followed him into the room. She glanced over at Rita as she heard her speak, then shrugged in response to her question. "Showing off all the wasteful decadence they can afford, maybe?" She suggested. She started glancing around the room as she waited for someone else to come in.

Black nodded and looked up to the sky slightly as well. Wonder how the people of the Hazama will react to Yukino... She wondered.

Jessica would found that, compared to the rest of the palace, the interviews room was minimalistically furnished. Besides the ebony table and the various chairs surrounding it, a carpet on the floor in the center of the room, and red curtains infront of the window, there was little else.
Loki, having followed Rita and Jessica as they were lead towards the room, was now standing in a corner with this arms crossed.

After a while, Estella entered the room. "Greetings." she said to Rita and Jessica, given them a small bow, then sat down at the head of the table. "I'm afraid I'm short on time, so I must keep this brief. You're inteserted in another assignment."

As she sat, Loki began walking over the Estella's side. For now, he waited.

Rita crossed her arms "Yea, we are. What can we do?"

"Wh-what really?" Valentine said as she adjusted her bed head hair. "In which case good evening!" She said to Erica with a small chuckle.

Aoko nodded a small bit. "I wouldn't call it kind... More just doing my duty as someone who lives on this planet."

Yuki flopped herself down on the ground, tails twitching. "Ah~ Now I'm so excited~!! I can't wait~!!" She let out a small squee before kicking the air and rolling a small bit.

Ness woke up in her room in Fourside and yawned a bit before getting up.

Seeing Estella sit down, Jessica followed suit to appear polite. She crossed her fingers as she rested her hands on the table in front of her. "Indeed we are. Is there anything available of us to do? I would assume so, otherwise you probably wouldn't have made the time to actually speak with us." She replied.

"Well then your being kind for your world then are you not?" White said to Aoko. "I don't suppose you've seen the destroyer anywhere near by have you?" She asked.

Aoko put her hand up to her chin and thought for a bit. "Eh.... don't think I have... I guess I can go around and look around. You have any idea where it would be?"

Yuki handsprung herself, did a small flip and landed on her hands. She gave Black a big smile after doing so. "Hehe~. You know me, Vocaloid~!"

Ness scratched the back of her head a bit as she wandered around.

"Not yet no..." White replied as she filled with her scanner, the small drone from the other day flew other head, going north with a bit of speed. "I'll see if I can track her down though..." She said to Aoko, hiding her smirk.

Estella nodded in responc eto both Rita and Jessica. "Yes. We have reparts of personel stationed in the Wild Lands having gone missing on patrol. While this is something we'd normally look into ourselves, recent events has left us grossly spread thin. So, would looking into this be something you two are willing to do?"

Loki scoffed as he heared what Estella had to say. These people are pitiful. Even more so then others... I am doing you all the greatest of favours. Stepping closert o Estella, Loki bended to the side slightly, and touched her with the blade of the scepter, placing her under his command. As Estella had blue eyes already, there was no change visible. Once Loki pulled the scepter back, Estella blinked twice and touched her chest. What just...? This... How foolish have I been.

With the deed done, Loki revealed himself to Estella, but didn't lift the shroud entirely should someone enter the room unexpectedly. "Answer me. Where are the queen and her children? Are they within the palace still?"

Estella nodded. "Yes. They're in a secure wing in the eastern part of the palace, on the third floor. The floor in question is heavily guarded, however."

Aoko noted the drone before nodding toward White. "Then I'll get to moving around and trying to look."

Yuki winked. "No promises~!"

Valentine shrugged and smiled. "I guess I'm just awesome like that" She said to Erica jokingly.

Jessica, not being able to see Loki, tilted her head to the side a bit, as it looked like Estella started talking again before Jessica could give her a reply. "Uh...I'm guessing we're done here?" She said aloud to no one in particular.

OoC: Early shift again tomorrow, i must be off, Rita will follow blah blah blah

Rita smirked and awaited further orders

Yuki winced a bit as Black pulled on her ear. "Alright, alright fine!"

Aoko nodded before walking off.

"Oh, right..." Estella said to Jessica, rather distand-mindedly, the impact of having her views changed so radically in what she now believed was for the better so suddenly being enough to have made her forget she and Rita were there. "If you would just accept or decline the assignment." she finally answered, her tone of voice returning to proffesionalism it carried normally.

"Never mind that. We have more important matters to attend to." Loki said to Estella, crossing his arms whilst still holding his scepter, which he had pressed against his side.

"Sir? They are with you?"

"That they are. Now back to the topic of the royals. It is paramount we reach them. How do we get past whatever guards there would be present?"

"I'm afraid this would be imposible, sir. There are guards stationed on the wing they are in at all times."

OoC: Can't stay awake any long. I'm off before I pull a Silver.

Jessica sighed and uncrossed her hands so she could rub the bridge of her nose with one. "Boss, are you there? This would be a lot easier to understand if I could see you too." She said, taking a wild guess that Loki was in the room with her instead of assuming that Estella had suddenly came down with a case of schizophrenia.

"Ok, so what's the plan now?" asked Rita.

Nailik:

"We have been closing the net on the most likely suspect lately, even as it kept disappearing, so, yes." Ardimas answered, refering to Envy, not knowing the regicide and attempted murder of Ine was not its doing. His eye twitched when Tophat began altering his mind, although he himself barely noticed this, the change being too subtle. "While you're might be right in pinpointing the exact time the princess was assaulted, the perpetrator couldhave done so from afar by lifting one of the tiles from the bathroom using earth magic. With a good enough view of the room, this would not be imposible."

"The broken portal in the room and the fact that the princess was not in the bathroom when being knocked out leads me to believe a group of people teleported in."
Tophat then noticed Jessica and Rita being in the palace, and stood up.
"In fact, a person capable of creating such portals is here in the palace, accompanied by a woman I earlier spotted a curse or mind control on. I suggest we apprehend them, to find out if they are involved in this." - It said, changing Ardimas mind a bit more to make him more likely to agree.

Hearing Jessica was unable to see and hear him either, Loki alowed himself to be detectable to her and Rita, but would remain undetectable to any but his subjects. "I failed to alow either of you to see me...? What an odd mistake..." Loki was silent for a moment. I have been making novice mistakes like these far too often as of late... Shaking his headm Loki looked back to Estella. "Tell me, is there anyone positioned outside that door?"

Estella shook her head. "No sir. I dismissed the guard upon my arival here."

Loki blew a mute sigh of relief. "Good... Now, back to the topic of the royal family..." he then looked to Rita, saying, "That is what we will be discussing now." Finally, he looked to Jessica, "This wing that was mentioned, would you be able to create a portal there if you were to be given something along the lines of blueprints, or would you need anything more speciffic?"

Jessica returned her hands to being crossed as she sat down at the table. "I'd need something more specific than just a blueprint. I'd need a picture of the room as it would likely appear right now. Exact positions of furniture and everything else like that."

Rita had nothing to add, so she just listened in.

"In one of the meeting rooms, together with Estella. She may be mind-controlled as well, or at least something is wrong. Her judgement might be clouded."
Tophat quickly headed towards the room in question, drawing its sword.
Damn, my pistol is back with the backpack. Guess I'll have to do without.

Before Ardimas could say anything more, Tophat had already run off. Grunting, he reached for his necklace and contacted Estella. Lieutenant. What interview room are you in?

Two, sir. May I ask why?

I have reason to believe the people you are with may be the ones responsible for the assault on the princess. Hold them there. I'll be there soon. Having said that, and not taking any chances, Ardimas began connacting palace guards.

"Sir, if I might interupt. There are people underway that suspect you were at least involved in recent incidents within the palace walls."

"Is that so... How many?"

"I can't say for sure. Two to six people, maybe."

"Well then... Continue this interview you were having before I arived. And mention nothing of what has been said afterwards."

Estella nodded, then looked back to Jessica and Rita.

"Hm, ok..." said Rita as she sat back in the interview chair. "Carry on like you were before then, I guess." she said to Estella.

Tophat reached the door, but decided to await the additional guards it hoped would come.

"Alright." Jessica said, shrugging her shoulder. Turning back to Estella, she asked, "So you were saying something about patrols going missing somewhere or something like that?" as she had some trouble remembering the exact details of the task Estella had offered Jessica and her associates.

Not too long, the drone soared over Black and Yukino's head, beeping as it flew. "that drone, it looks familiar...." Black muttered.
