Carnival of Fear
The carnival. A place of fun and frivolity. Teens getting to second base on the Tunnel of Love, children scoffing candy floss and thrill seekers riding roller coasters. But when the people clear out and darkness sets in, the carnival takes on a different, much more oppressive tone. Smiling clowns become grotesque, leering abominations. The sound of music and children's laughter dies down into a stifling silence. And this twisted landscape of surreal terror becomes a playground to the lost and the damned. One by one the lurking menace kills off the carnivals night time inhabitants. Can they find him before it's too late?
How will this rollercoaster end?

Only second base in the tunnel? Amateurs.
Hmm, it has been a while since I last was in this, so I'll join it this round, at least.
Muhahahahahaha I can finally make my glorious return now. But alas I need a number now, let's try this new fangled script that I wrote because I was bored.
*Sends in number by way of turtle mail*
Huh...I was wondering if this was ever going to go up. And now we have to deal with carnies?
*shrugs and eats popcorn*
Only second base in the tunnel? Amateurs.
Count me in!
This sounds like a nice premise. ^^
@Mortis: Finally posted in Insatiable BTW.
Now to plan
staika's woeful demise how to survive.
This looks like it's gonna be fun.
Count me in!
@Schizzy: you would plan your partner in cardboard sunglasses death? I am saddened by this.
@Neo: Noted, and very much appreciated. ^^
@staika: Only so that I can use your brain for this experimental cardboard robot I've been building. It come with a cardboard buzzsaw... sure to cause massive paper cutting to any caught in its path.
@Schizzy: Intriguing, but what would power the indestructible cardboard robot? It must need a power source.
@staika: In the entire time building it, it had never occurred to me the means that will put this contraption in motion. Perhaps this little conundrum will require some cursory consideration on my part.
@Schizzy: Perhaps we can use a human heart to power the machine. There will surely be someone soon who will not need their heart, so we can just take theirs. We could use the black magic to make it work as well!
@staika: We're in luck then! There be a serial killer on the loose around these parts, I hear. Unused hearts will be available aplenty soon enough.
A little black magic wouldn't hurt to. I mean, how else do we keep the heart from decaying as it powers our monstrosity?
@Schizzy: It's almost as if we planned it this way, but let's be honest here we can't plan these types of things.
I also know a little black magic too. It will be very useful to keep the heart alive as it powers our machine. Now all we need is our first
@staika: Absolutely. There is no way that we could have planned an elaborate scheme to conveniently build a robot that's powered by the heart of the recently deceased in a town where there's a killer on the loose.
No way at all.
@Schizzy: The notion that it is even possible is preposterous. Why we are just your average everyday cardboard sunglasses salesman. No way suspicious at all.
@schizzy/staika: Hello fine sirs! You seem to be a pair of perfectly inconspicuous gentlemen. Surely you must be upstanding chaps!
*awards good citizenship medals*
@RaNDM: Why thank you sir, I do believe we are very much upstanding chaps! You have a good eye on you, perhaps we can interest you in a thrilling business venture. We need
victims Volunteers for this wonderful opportunity!
@RaNDM: Yes, a most opportune and wondrous venture it will be. In fact, you could almost say that it would be the greatest adventure you could ever be in! How could one expect anything else from a pair upstanding chaps such as ourselves?
@Schizzy: It is quite hard with the venture we've prepared for him. We wouldn't give this opportunity to just anyone, people would die for this opportunity!
@staika: Truer words were never spoken. For what is a venture into adventure without risk, I ask you? A milk run, I say!
But this? Most certainly worth the endeavour of someone of his stature. Especially if he puts his heart into it, I dare say!
@Schizzy: We do strive to be on the edge, we bring people things they can't normally get because we do risky things. And as everyone can see we are very good looking and successful and yearned after by many. Who wouldn't want to join one of our ventures?
The correct answer is no one!
Oh the simple joys of formatting a newer students hard drive and then placing 577 folders on their freshly installed windows 7. I've been waiting since the start of the program to do that.
What's our join count? Under twenty?
@RanNDM: Was actually wondering that too, we haven't gotten much interest :/
@staika: But we have popcorn, candy floss, and even corn dogs. How can they be like this!?
I actually tried to post on my phone last night, but I guess the crappy 3G signal at work stopped the post going through. We have 11 players so far, hoping we get a couple more.
@Terratina: They are probably just scared. We have so much cool stuff that they may think it's a trick. But Come on we're harmless, there's no death round these parts. None at all.
At @Staika's request, I'm dusting my account off and joining. So bada bing, here I am.
@Erik: Took ya long enough, thought you were just trolling me for a bit.
