That panel was moderated by our own, Julianne Greer. So that's why the logo was there. Here is the link if you want more details Teaching to the Test: The Impact of Reviews on Game Development. Eric Peterson is the President and CEO of Vicious Cycle. We interviewed him awhile back on The Escapist Show, Episode Two: Vicious Cycle. They are one of the game developers local to our area. |

And I second the call for video of the Television Star panel. I really wanted to see that one, was sad that I had to miss it. |

There are definitely more videos from the conference on the way. I have been using the name Slycne for gaming and various handles for a few years now. At the time of creation I took the work sly and started adding letters behind it until I found something that looked good, but back then I never bothered to sound it out phonetically. Most people will interpret it as 'slice'n' or 'sly-sin', but phonetically it's actually 'slick-knee'(slyc-ne). I've learned to respond to really any of the variations. |

Thank you. I hope the discussion was engaging enough to need the moderator. You know, assembling a panel to agree with one another could be less then entertaining... even if it's nice to know that you're all in agreement on the topic. ;) |

Julianne came up with some great questions that sparked a lot of conversation -- it was a shame they only had an hour for the panel. It could've easily gone on for twice that. |
