Oh I have, though I'm not sure why. The strip lacks humour, drama, intrigue or any interesting ongoing stories/jokes. It's also crippled by not exactly being pretty, especially with some horrendous text placement. I mean if Concerned can take a videogame and make a good comic with it it isn't too much to expect something a bit spanglier from this. But I digress I'm overly cynical and this has a fanbase as far as I can tell |

"Cynical" is not the right word, there, I think you mean "critical"; for example, I am being overly *critical* of your word choice, I'm not being *cynical* about it. If I were being cynical, I might suggest that you don't really care one way or the other about Stolen Pixels, and are instead attempting to derive amusement by starting a flame war. Hmm you're not wrong, I did use the wrong word there. Critical would be more appropriate. But then it seems I'm not being critical enough, having only caused some minor antagonism from people who are insistent that someone can't hold a negative opinion without being a troll or someone trying to instigate a flame war. This comic(if it can technically be called that) is awful and I can have that opinion AND share it. If you enjoy it then that's fine but I myself just see it as pretty poorly made crap. |

OK, fair enough, and I'm sorry if I wrongly accused you of wanting to start a flame war. I'm genuinely curious, though: what's your motivation, here? There are many, MANY things on the vast Internet that I don't enjoy -- the huge majority of things, in fact. I don't go around and say so in their forums. Why would I? Why would you? It has never, that I've seen, changed anyone's mind on the subject. It seems like it'll only annoy people who do enjoy it, while bringing no benefit to you . . . Of course, you're free to do it, and again, I'm sorry to have been snarky in my earlier comment. |
