I was actually better that I thought, but still underwhelming. The humour was very similar to Apocalypse Lane in places and I never liked that show. That said, I'm going to keep watching because I have a feeling this is going to pick up.

I was stoned and I didn't laugh at this...offering. Lose Sir Walken, it's the worst Christopher Walken impression I've ever heard, and I'm from New England. That little Meatwad-derivitive in the pointy hat is kinda amusing, but only because he reminds me of Meatwad.

I really miss De-rez.

I applaud this show, consider me sold on it. Im going to watch it weekly. What gave me the biggest laugh is "sir walken" , the guy really sounds like Christopher Walken!

meh. ok, not going to talk about the animation style as these are weakly, but that was realy repetitive and dull. it was just pretty much one big scene realy. guys standing together, arguing, then guys standing together and arguing with a woman who is apparently completly empty of character and personality.
Then to finish it was just theguys standing together and arguing again.

Hehe, that was pretty good.

I don't know why, but this show reminds me of Home Movies, and the Dwarf reminds me of Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

And I love those shows, so sweet!

I'm a bit confused about who's the creator of this series though. The art looks a lot like that from Apocalypse Lane and judging from your comment you are involved int his project, but the author of this episode is/are Hank and Jed. Is this the same team behind Apocalypse Lane, or part of it, or completely separate?

There are 4 creators of this series. Brent Triplett, Nate Panning, Bryan Mahoney, and Me. (Bryan Mahoney co-writes Apocalypse Lane and does the voice of Steve) We produced an 11 min pilot for this series about 2 years ago to shop to different networks. It almost was picked up by G4, but they turned it down because they suck now. (I kid, I kid)

Now the good people at the Escapist want it and we have been happy to provide. We've added an additional cast member and writer, Mr. Tony Schnur (who also voices Roger on Game Dogs) to the mix, and he has been also cutting some audio for the show.

My role in the show is designing the characters (probably why it has it's Apocalypse Lane feel) and writing the show with the team as well as doing the voice of Mirdon the Wizard and others. So yes, Im highly involved with the show but this one is created by a whole team rather than just two people. Brent Triplett (voice of Big Worm on AL) is doing all of the animation. Check out some of Hank and Jed's old stuff at hankandjed.com. This is one of my favorite shorts that they did a while back. If you like Sci-fi you might be into it.
