Certainly something passing my time...getting through some of the tougher levels proving to be a challenge...which is good!

just found my old gamer mouse, razer really is superior to steel series, I'll try it again later once i get used to extra sensitivity/speed again.

right now its almost impossible controlling anything.

Meh, most of the levels can be solved quickly by trial and error. I got to level 14 and got bored. It's not that challenging.

Well, should have gone to 15. That level is freaking impossible. The game beat me :(

Yeah, that was the one that kicked my ass. Cool music at least.

Not gonna let that game get away with that, am I? I completed 15, the trick is to rotate the top wheel counter-clockwise. Did all the other levels as well. "Game complete. I hope you enjoyed the experience." No, not really. Don't think the music was that great, either. If I want to rotate gears I'll play Cogs.

You know, there's something about your last couple of sentences that baffles me: if you hated the game that much, why did you keep going?

I don't hate the game. I just didn't enjoy it much. And if there's someone that the game 'beat', I just have to get back to it and complete it. I can't allow the game to win, you know?

Damn you Alt+Esc for always finding new ways for me to waste my time!

Not bad, but not that addicting of a game.

You can use the arrow keys too.

That's the same thing that happened to me. Got past 13, saw 14 and just sighed. Went from "clever" to "bet you can't hold this many variables in your head at one time!" in one level.

Not that hard, took about 15mins to complete it, trial and error more than anything but still a nice lil game

I know what you mean. Just got a Diamondback 3G and getting used to it was a bitch :p

OT: Sounds interesting. Playing it now.

Same here, even when I didn't trial and error it and counted instead it was far too easy, and I think I did it in < 15 min.

Even so, it was a nice game and the idea was pretty cool actually. I just wish the levels were a bit harder.

You are aware of that a) mouse sensitivity can be lowered in your OS, and b) the game is easy to control via the arrow keys on your keyboard?

I guess I'm some kind of puzzle god then.
It took me about 3 minutes to work that out.

I play this at Otronicon last week. I got to level 7 and got bored with it. It's gets very repetitive, very fast.

Hmm. Wasn't too hard. I was expecting it to be a lot harder really!

Erm... Uhh... what difficulty wall? I expected it to be "f$@#ing impossible!", not "an easy 15-minute stroll".

Music is great though.

yeah, this was too easy.

Played it last week, its a fine game, though it aint all that long.

Game was too forgiving...but you can never please me.
Pretty neat idea but trial and error makes it really simple. 18 had one of those annoying game-lengthening mechanics that wasn't a puzzle but just a time waster. 18 and 15 were really fun to figure out how to do though, with 15 being my personal favorite of all of them. The rest was just guessing.

That's a pretty cool game, design on a nutshell. And I like the music, too.

I also agree that trial and error will be your best friend for most of the levels, although on the ones with the disappearing pathways it might not work so well.

I just played trough the last level half drunk and very tired.
This is one of the many logic games that fails at the "so easy to manipulate that you can just play randomly until you succeed", kinda like the "rub every object with each other until something works" of graphic adventure games...

There should have been more levels where the line burns after you passed it, or ways to manipulate entire lines, not just the corners.

great challenge, great style! An overall Ace in the realm of brain-games

Either I'm really smart or really lucky because most of the levels weren't that hard to solve. A little trial and error worked for mostly of them and taking the most likely path worked for a bunch too. I only had to really think out one. Yeah, for luck!

Quite a few interesting puzzles, but some were just a bit obvious to their solutions. Some were, admittedly, solved by pure luck but others definitely gave a good challenge. Nice time-waster but it only took me about 15 minutes to complete and I'm not that great of a puzzle solver. Its fun for only the first time getting through since every puzzle only has one solution.

There aren't actually that many variables. There's a limited number of paths that you can take round bits of each level, maximum of maybe 4 paths. Once you figure out which path moves which cogs you just need to loop the path to see how the cogs line up, loop another to get them out of sync so that they point to the exit and you're done.

That's could be why everyone sees trial and error helping them, if you focus on moving just one cog rather than the path it looks like the others fall in randomly. You can focus on just one or two gears and the rest MUST fall into place as they can't be controlled separately.

If I had hated a small but quick game like this, I'd probably still play it just so I can say I beat the sucker!

I think the dials and such could use some tic-marks to let the player know how far an intended pass will spin things. Without any, you're just left to trust the mysterious geometry, and it sort of takes it out of the realm of puzzler and more into a kind of trial-and-error nonsense that can get somewhat tedious.

I liked it. Some of the levels you can just stumble upon the solution. Not too long and not too hard. Nice little brain tease, like a snack for your brain.

took about 2 hours to beat, the last hour was harder then a couple of the early ones
