Wewt! Another great Rebecca! totally forgot about your Album! I shall be purchasing soon!

Techno persuasions for the future, maybe.

Sounded Good. Very different sound from your usual. I had a little bit of a promblem hearing what your were singing however.

PS. Very sexy.

I think I like this video for all the wrong reasons :-p.
I love the cow at the end.

What...the...hell?

Wow, just WOW. I... uh... that was... Yahtzee would be a fucking fool to turn her down. Oh sorry the song yeah, the first one I didn't like, it was kinda cool and the music was ok and the lyrics I could understand were good but the song still wasn't all that good. I still want the album though.

You dirty, dirty girl.

Cool techno-vibe in this one, it's a nice change from the acoustic centered stuff. I might check out the album.

This has got to be one of the strangest songs I've ever heard, and probably the oddest of your entire repertoire.

The video looked like some kind of soft porn experiment with a fetish for mud.

But then again: I can't argue with originality. Kudos to you, for trying something different, Becks. Kudos.

Didn't quiet get the mud but was an ok song like.

Oh, uh, Rebecca, you got a little...

Yeah.

I liked the song.

Agreed. I could barely hear her.
The song itself was nice though. Now if I could only hear her sing...

Wow, you are actually a really good dancer :)

nice costume, too :P

That was another nice song and an interesting video to say the least.

Interesting and had an interpretative dance vibe to it. Agree with others though that it was difficult to hear the voice. Nice tune though

Quite perplexing, "very experimental" in the sense that you are trying to convey emotion trough unusual means. Such as showing us a somewhat shocking act of of, you know, bathing in mud of sorts, which might make some people feel uncomfortable or even shocked, and to be honest you didnīt seem to enjoy it yourself.
"What does it means to love", is what the lyrics whisper right?
You're making sacrifices to experiment on other levels. Good video and music, I have the impression that this time, image and picture were more coherent that other times, when images some static shots were there to fill some seconds. Butīs my opinion of course.
Overall, good combination.

I loved the percussion and electronica sounds. Was a refreshing change of pace. Nice to see you doing new things still.

As for the video.. Parts of that should absolutely be on the International Sexy Ladies show on G4. Strangely sexy...

That was quite creepy, it made me feel uncomfortable.

Yet strangely good...

That was... something.

I like the song and was surprised by the dance. I must have taken a lot of commitment to spread mud on your face. I like when the cows aproached you out of curiosity :)

This too <.< >.>

I like the style of this song.

I object to this. Please read my blog: http://www.gamepeople.co.uk/audioblog_rebeccamayes_22.htm I didn't make this to turn you on but to make a statement about the natural, emotional, earthy kinda love that Heavy Rain almost but doesn't quite portray.

No one has mentioned the armpit hair yet.
I was expecting some kind of outcry.

Well, that was unexpected. Excellent as always.

I'll be all over the album just as soon as I'm back on my own computer.

EDIT:

I didn't notice - to be honest I don't think I ever would've if you hadn't mentioned it!

That video was very odd, but I enjoyed it.

Song is a new style too, need to listen to it a few more times to decide whether I like it.

To be honest, my first thought was "Bwuh?" But I kinda liked the song. Couldn't really hear her sing over the techno stuff in the background.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if in a couple of songs down the line she'll say:

"Hey! I'm untalented but all you lonely internet guys like me because I wear tight-fitting clothes!"

The usual from you Rebecca, a wonderfully creative and quirky video with a beautiful, melodic (and the aforementioned techno-vibe to this one) song. Your usual thoughtful (or just lucky in locale?) locations, shots and outfits. Though perhaps a by product and perhaps a fault on mine and many others interpretation, an epically sensual and sexy display also. The cows were obviously fascinated, as were we all I should imagine and the last few seconds looking up into the camera provided a wonderfully intimate image. My thanks for your work.

Bring back captions!

Also, love the new direction. The folksy stuff was cool, but expanding one's horizon's always a good thing.

My fiancée is a trained singer, and she adores Rebecca. So much for your theory, then.

MBFCPresident:
What...the...hell?

Agreed....O-o....

Not that its bad...

Just unexpected. owo...

cool :)

That was pretty uncalled for, Rebecca is an excellent singer and I've kept up through all her videos and I really don't even like the genre(I'm mostly a metalhead) and if I'm correct this is the only video where she has shown anywhere near this much

EDIT: Like other people I couldn't quite hear the lyrics, but I did get that the video wasn't about her playing in mud or trying to be sexy, I just didn't know what the actual message was since I never played Heavy Rain

I noticed some darkness but i thouht it was shadows. Are they in all the shots? If that's the case the i noticed that just in one.

also it would help if you posted some of the info you post on other sources here or in the group created for you.

That's kinda harsh. I'm no expert but, some songs are better than others but there are at least a few that are very good and show lots of talent (Edit: and creativeness) for example, the Batman, Silent Hill and Resident Evil ones.

i will be honest i did not notice at all
I will admit that i was more inlove with the unitard you had on. nice colour!\

EDIT: oh man now i know what you mean you have balls i will give you that
that would drive me nuts

Sorry to say I didn't like it at all. I had come to expect a certain style and tone from you that I found refreshing and original, and this just seemed like a experiment in soft porn.

I respect your desire to try something new and different from what we as the viewers have come to expect, but I could hardly hear your singing and your melodious voice and moving words are the best part of your music. So sad to barely hear them. :(

Also, didn't get the mud :/ Nor the bright outdoors, cows, and leotard. Had nothing to do with Heavy Rain from my perspective. Tho is someone does and can point it out to me I would be glad to listen. :)

Look forward to more unusual and gratifying music from you to my gamer soul. XD Keep on doing what you love.
