White Knight Chronicles Part 1

A kingdom of people with silly names come under threat from other silly names.

Watch Video

No, that definitely did NOT sound like dieing Graham.
Nice work guys but I have to say, that mustasch is like an expired coupon...
*puts on sunglass*
UN-redeemable
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!

If dying puts you into a state of uncontrollable orgasms, i too shall think about dying more often.

Senor Cardagde joke was aweosme!
and can't wait to see part two of this wtf adventure.

"I hope there's water in the moat!"

HankMan:
No, that definitely did NOT sound like dieing Graham.

Agreed, I don't think Japanese game companies are very good when it comes to girls dying. Star Ocean 2 offered up some hilarious examples.

No....... just no.........

Why do jrpg villians usually have bad mustasches anyway?

It would explain suicide attempts >.>

Obnoxious joke aside, that was a funny episode.

I wonder if he offers anyone a "free canceltation" :D

Lol "We'll attack Disney Land at dawn"

Seriously I could of sworn I seen that ridiculous mustache guy appearing somewhere in the past Unskippable episodes (was it Star Ocean?)

It might just be the localization of it, meaning it's the English speaking section of the company that screws it up. Maybe this means we need to get new dub voice actors as these ones all seem to "enjoy" dying too much.

Oh god, I hope we don't have to look at more of that fugly mustache next Monday!
Still, the end-credits message hits the mark on how to describe that kind of 'stache.

Also, this about Floraine:

Paul: Is she named after an atomic element?
Graham: No, no, that's fluorine. She's named after a quiche.
Paul: No, that's Lorraine.
Graham: Oh. She's a dumb name then.

And where the hell are the white knights? Maybe we'll see them next week. (Yeah right...-_-)

I feel the need to get this game, as it's Level 5. And I love Level 5's Layton games and their work with Dragon Quest 8 and 9.

But I've heard very mixed things about it...

Easily one of the best unskippable episodes yet.

that sounded like a sexy death :P
also, that guy at the beginning should have a moustache contest with Dali XD

This seemed better than previous weeks. Good work.

"That did not sound like dying."

More like it sounded like a little death, amirite?

Nice job guys. I haven't chuckled like that in a while. So, is the game any good?

EDIT: Actually I would've laughed louder, but there's a sick baby in the next room... sry if I was too vague.

A Lord Helmet joke would have also been appropriate for that general guy.

That one was hillarious. Word bomb...

is this the word bomb you are looking for

That sure sounded like a bit from a porn movie..

I wonder how much of the cutscene will be relevant for the game.

That really didn't sound like dying...

Although I haven't completed it, from what I played of it. If you can get past the cheesy story, the gameplay itself isn't that bad really. The multiplayer can be really fun too. If you can get it cheap I'd recommend it. Although it might be an idea to wait and see if the second one is getting released in the west first. The second one includes the first game on the disk from what I've heard.

As for the video, was an entertaining episode, can't wait for the next part.

Damn, beat me to it!

Where on earth would you manage to find a guard so stupid he things nothing of the fact that that his coworker stumbles backwards, drops his spear and becomes absurdly still before letting the highly suspicious person through, in a complete monotone no less
I know the guards are crazy but that level of incompetence is just out of line.

Haha, his ridiculous shoulder pad did nothing!

Awesome as always, can't wait for Part 2 ;).

That didnt sound like dying at all, it sounded like she was getting a long, straight object in her.. a sword.

Loved the droid references!

Seriously, this is the first time I've ever seen the guards stop the mysterious, hooded stranger. You'd think that'd be, like, kingdom law that if you're wearing a hood and look mysterious, you're gonna get stopped by guards.

aaaahahaha loved the senor cardgage reference!

Homestar Runner plug FTW!!! Thanks for the laughs again Graham and Paul!

"That... Did not sound like dying."

So true. When I heard what sounded like sex noices I thought for sure it was going to be childbirth.

Definitely something very wrong about that moustache...

Maybe the Japanese don't think they would seem as evil without the moustache - kinda like most villains would not have been as great if they had a regular voice.
