the ginger (ps3) self-conscious (like 360) and you have to constantly coddle and flatter
in the end the guy back to his best friend and classmate pc/ds/iphone, who isnt super-attractive but is great to have around for work or fun.

True. Although I was surprised about the latest 10.04 Linux Ubuntu as it didn't suck and installed and worked without me being total programmer. (Had to install something on my other computer and it was free. Happy with it still. Yeah, I know, as it still sucks ;D)

Maybe you'd have a better outlook on Linux if you had used it recently. The hardware support and the user-friendliness have gotten about twenty times better, just in the past year or so.

But generally I agree with this song. I'm an avid Linux user, I think it's the best thing you can find on the internet next to free porn. That said, I am also an `elitist nerdy schmuck' as you put it, and I realize that Linux is not for everyone (yet, but it's definitely moving in that direction). So I fully understand that you wouldn't like it. Most people don't.

Microwaves and Amigas don't crash because they're really fucking simple and they don't do a lot. If you want to do anything with any kind of technology that is even remotely complex (like accessing the internet) then you need something that will inevitably crash at some point. We all wish this weren't true, but it is. There's no way to get around it.

P.S. My microwave crashed today. I don't know what the hell the problem is. But now I can't heat my ramen so I'm sad -.-

Sadly this video did not do the song justice. When Wes Borg did it live on DesertBus it was amazing, I think over production has actually sullied the song quite abit.

I know I'm a little late, but I'm fairly certain that this is the official-ish studio-esque release, and I believe I recall hearing this exact one way back in '99. Kinda scary that it's all still true.

I take exception to the idea that televisions don't crash. My television as it shipped used to crash on a regular basis, I had to find the hidden SD card slot on the back (it's labelled "for service use only") and flash the firmware to an updated version.

I have a BSc in Computer Science so this wasn't too hard for me but how are regular people expected to do this?

I do however agree with the main point, every OS does suck and my stupid crashing TV runs Linux. Why Panasonic chose to put Linux on a TV I will never know. But it doesn't detract from the fact that every OS does indeed suck.

Well if I ever meet you guys in real life and the topic of my favorite episode comes up, I'll have my answer.
