You don't wanna know what happens if string of PS3s burst in your belly.

remember this commercial:

that, in more concentrated form.

Haha, this was a funny one. I actually really like the two characters in this one, hopefully they will appear in a later edition at some point. Also, Hotel California FTW.

Well... I don't quite understand Why PS3s would be contraband in the UK...

Ive never really refered to my money as that before. I may start. The 10er will always be a Darwin to me.

The worst part is that they cut it with other, lesser consoles. I nearly OD'd after trying to play a 40% PS3, 60% CD-i.

Erm. I'm guessing it refers to illegal practice of smuggling goods inside a condom that is swallowed.

I still don't get the joke. PS3 is in hard to get in UK or what?

Haha, a slim PS3 up the bum would be bad enough, but they drew an old fat PS3. Ouch. That guy must really be about the Elizabeths.

Is anyone else reminded of Beerfest and ping-pong paddles? He'll be shitting pancakes for weeks.

It's these little inside jokes that makes me love this comic every week XD

If i wasn't at work when i read this i would so be bawling right now XD

That was . . . only really funny in it's absurdity. I don't understand the context.

*Looks over to PS3*

Did I miss something? Are PS3s illegal in the UK now?

Am I breaking the law playing Valkyria Chronicles? Am I going to be someone's prison bitch?

I'm too British for prison!

Don't worry, LG's injunction is only valid in the Netherlands.
Besides you'd only be going to British prison.

But Australia is terrible! D:

One man and a PS3.

I too failed to get it until reading some posts... I'm behind on the news...

`stab it with their steely knives, but they just canīt kill the beastī
I see what you did there

what a funny comic I found it to be quite funny because of the whole ban thing to be quite well

Yeah, you'd be fine. You might get a bit bored watching Jeremy Kyle every day, but you could easily switch channels. I mean, you have Sky, and you're watching it on HD LCD TVs...

OT: Didnt know there was a law against importing PS3s. Now I do.

Daystar Clarion:

Thank you. You just gave me a reason to rewatch this:

On topic, I don't there is any "threat" of contraband. Even if the law did apply to all of Europe, there wouldn't be a shortage. Afterall, its not like people buy PS3s.

Zing!

Lol. Looks painful..

Also:

Guess if you want a PS3 in Europe then you've gotta stick it where the sun don't shine.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

took me a sec...but not too long xD that was funny

I beleive Sony has some kind of patent trouble with LG in EUrope in general, so while that is settled there is an embargo on PS3. Having one is no rpobelm, but htey can't import new ones. Here and here are te news.

dear Grey Carter
please remember to explain what you mean to the Layman
:)

One one thing they didn't think about.

Wheres the wires?!? Thenagain, smuggling a PS3 up there is pain enougth, unless they're sneaking in wires orally. :O

*looks at PS3 behind me...*

NO, no matter how much lube, that would not fit!

I can see this being done with a Wii, but the PS3 is not fitting there.

Plucky:

Technically you should have no problem buying the accessories. As LG only has copyrights concerning the Blu-ray tech in the PS3 itself. That and the PS3 can use generic HDMI and power supply cables.

Uhh... I don't really get it...

Dude, don't come here! It's hot, it's dry, the food sucks save for the barbeques and it's quite expensive!

Ooh, that's a bit Daily Mail.

"Bloody prison's like a holiday camp! String 'em up! Only language they understand!"

Also perhaps you forgot about the fomentation of militant Islam in British prisons, or a one-man hostage situation who goes by the name of "Charles Bronson"...

Also, lags are known to prefer Trisha. FACT.

Ah Australia thats where all the criminals got sent isn't it? Joking aside the the injunction is only valid in Holland but Holland is where all PS3 for europe are landed. In other words LG have got Sony in conner and are giving them a good kicking because they cant land in Holland any more. They either have to wait for the injunction to end or spend millions on setting up a new distribution hub in another country with no guarantee that LG wont just go court in that country and get another injunction. LG are just trying to blackmail Sony into settling the various suits and counter suits between the two companies.

The one place you shouldn't shove a PS3...that...and a giant tear in the space time continuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

wooty:
I'm sure many more posts like this are to come, but what the hell was this all about? I dont get it

I think aparetnyl they want to ban the ps3 in europe or somthing

there is no way in hell they could ever print up enough elizabeths for me to fit a ps3 into my ass.. that good sir... is too much junk in this trunk

Hotel California still makes no sense.

Onyx Oblivion:
Hotel California still makes no sense.

It does if you assume it's just a very in depth review of an actual hotel.

Hotel California
Location: Dark desert highway.

Pros:

Lovely place.

Plenty of room.

Great any time of year.

Mirrors on the ceiling are a nice touch.

Can check out any time you like.

Cons:

Remote location.

Other guests somewhat rowdy.

Poor quality cutlery in dining area.

Poor selection of wines and spirits.

You can never leave.

Overall: 6/10 Would visit again.
