Epic 'Boss' fight there.
And I didn't know TF had geishas

Overall a good episode but I can't help but feel it could've been better. Just the timing and execution of some jokes seems a little off and I think you could've made it from a good show into a great show with just a little refinement. I still liked it, but that doesn't mean it can't be improved.

Andross is always annoying! just like my boss!

I loved the scene with the tf2-esque guys. that was gold

You must defeat the final boss! Use bombs Wisely :P

Wow. Much better, content wise. Actually worth the time to view this week. Timing was a little off and some of the lines seemed forced, which slowed things down at times, though.

Really enjoyed this episode, well done, well done.
Though i didn't seem to get the joke in the Tron scene, or was the point of that to be utterly random? Was that some sort of catchphrase?

Ah, good old Red-Blue, the eternal enemies that span across many games. You can't really make a truce with such history... It is quite sad.
And a purple team wouldn't really have the coolness of the red and blue ones.
So, yeah. Great episode, makes the Escapist even more entertaining.

I got the blues and reds from TF2 and Street fighter, but the Japanese women and gangsters I could not place.

Maybe still from Street Fighter??? (Chun Li, anyone?)

OT:
Loved the 3DS and the RvB parts. I didn't get the Tron segment... :/

Only two sketches, but you know what? I REALLY liked this episode (some are swing-miss, but this was quite good). Well done chaps.

lol talking stick

Ah, the Eternal Struggle of Red vs Blue, that was hilarious.

"Yeah, red."
*THUNK*
"Blue"

Can't fault the timing on that one. :D

"That's not a flag. It's my laundry... on a stick."

Classic!

Wish I could defeat my "boss" Star Fox 64 3D style, oh yeah!

Laughed more in this one than most of the others. Good work!

This episode was awesome. Very nice interpretation of TF2, the blue blood joke was the best.

Well...the medic did get a geisha hair hat during the shogun update.

Nice episode, ....Do a Barrel Roll!

Brilliant! Simply Brilliant! This is absolutely hilarious!

Most of the audience can "get" the TF2 reference but most of the characters I couldn't place or recognize. I was more distracted by the TF2 inaccuracies than actually paying attention to the jokes. (TF2 doesn't have capture the flag, the heavy doesn't wear a mask, there are no women in TF2, the scout wears a baseball cap not a newsboy cap, ext ext ext...)

The first clip was actually well thought out but poorly executed at the end of the clip. Wasn't that funny. I couldn't figure out if that is what REALLY happened to the boss or it was just what happened to him virtually. Hence, I was distracted and my distraction veered me away from the joke.

The middle throwaway joke you could have done without. How much time and effort did you put into the throwaway joke? It looks like a lot because of the special effects. I wouldn't put so much production value into the throw away gag and focus on the quality of the joke itself. "The Idiots of Garry's Mod 2" did the Frisbee joke better.

Still not funny.

Just loving the Blue and Red Family bit. O Blue blood.

I think that those were just 2 generic red and blue teams.

GO RED!!!

Who is that mysterious man with the black shades... and I must admit, a 3D overly of a computergame would liven up a day's work.

It's my laundry on a stick!

That TF skit was pretty hilarious!

Nice episode, ....Do a Barrel Roll!

And it legitimizes many-a-fanfic...
*shudders*

OT: Great episode this week. Loved every moment of it.

Quick note: they're not actually Geishas/Japanese ladies...they're wearing traditional Chinese dresses..they're Chinese women with sass ;)

The guys who made the episode said nothing about it being about TF2...it was just a couple of the viewers guessing that it might be TF2.

It's probably just 2 generic Red and Blue teams, as the person on comment #21 said. So the characters can wear and be whatever they wish as long as they're wearing red or blue, Mr. Detail Police.

I was really impressed with the Starfox ship taking flight and doing all sorts of 3D effects and especially with the epic Boss battle- that was awesome. Of course, it was because of the Nintendo 3DS haha so that was really awesome display you guys. I envy that actually.

Besides that, the Tron thing was ok.. no offense but I felt it was a bit dull because of how slow the reactions were. But, no matter I still understood the joke. As for the Red vs Blue part- I laughed so hard. Blue blood haha, but the speech of making a purple breed- LOL that was hilarious.. but kind of creepy too, Mm.. good episode overall!

For those who don't get the Tron Joke: the guy said "Go Long!" They were just playing a game of frisbee, but of course that's a lot more dangerous than it sounds in their world

Much better than last week. All of the scenes were funny.

Enjoyed the red and blue bit

This week was quite good.

But the blues and reds did eventually combine their families, and that's how the 3rd Street Saints were created. 100% true canon story.

Some nice ideas, but kinda poorly executed. A couple of bits in the RvB sketch were great, but as a whole the pacing was off, which was a shame. I think I said exactly the same thing back in the first episode XD

Definitely my favorite other than the LP2 skit. And overall this episode might even be better, just not skit to skit.

Thought it was great, loved the starfox more than anything else. Brings me back to... lets say a long time ago
