Daily Drop: Ted the Cat

So fluffy!

Also, I laughed out at the crowbar psyche.

I wonder how much talking they had to do with kathleen to get to use one of her cats.

And watching it in slow motion, that looks ike it would hurt the front legs alot once they landed.

I think it would have been cool had you dropped Ted upside down so we got to see the slow-mo spin. Would have been more risky though so I understand why you didn't.

That drop was purrfect

I was going to say wtf Alex!

D'awww.
Also, that was hilarious, but I never thought you were serious.

Made me realise that the last drop subject will be... Paul!

How did you know?!

I really enjoyed this one. It was fascinating to see how cats land more on their front legs first and then quickly swap to the back to absorb weight. Really neat!

Darn, I thought we'd hear the "meow" on the first drop in slow mo too - "mmmeeeeeeeeeeeeooooooooooowwwwwwwwww" hehe

I actually asked for this a while back. Nice to see it, the way the legs take the shock of the fall is just amazing to see in slow motion.

it was two feet, followed by a flabby landslide of fur.

and i wish the could drop somethin g flamible.
at least once.

That's one way to make a kitty drop weight.

Omg that cat is so fluffy! D: I want to steal it.

Crowbar IT!!
(it's one of few I watched recently)

I couldn't see what was happening. The fluff was in the way. I approve of this.

That's one furry kitty cat. Thanks for a good laugh with the crowbar bit. Loved it. :3

That actually looks quite painful in slow-mo. But then again, so does something as simple as bending your finger. Good ole slow-mo.

And no kitty was harmed, whew.

If by "had me going" you mean I was laughing my ass off because I knew you weren't actually going to crowbar a cat, you betcha.

Keep that crowbar closeby, though. You'll need it for when PETA sees this and comes up with some stupid reason to complain.

Dropping a cat from 2 feet in the air to demonstrate their natural resistance to pain from leaping from great heights. OOOOH NO.

AbstractStream:
This makes me want a highspeed camera...
Very interesting to watch.

A high speed camera and an assortment of small animals? Me too! :)

Ha, I half expected when he pointed for the usual Crowbar for it to say "Catnip is ready" or something.

KITTY.

Ha, finally! I asked for this one MANY months ago and even suggested going into the crowbar sequence. Thanks guys for making my dreams come true. Granted, I am not delusional enough to think they did not already have this planned without my prodding, but I still did ask.

You guys are psychic i swear. I was just in the middle of thinking "Hey woudlnt that be kinda funny if they did the whole crowbar thing, I mean lol crowbar to conveniently swapped out plush cat" then bam crowbar stuff. Good stuff.

I was thinking CROWBAR from the start.

Cardiologists Decided To Not Go To Bed was the obvious choice for the song considering the little animal medicine spoken part. Really cool Drop. Still beaten by the invincible light bulb, though.

LOL at PETA. Clearly it's cruel to drop cats from five feet in the air. It's not like they deliberately jump down from twice that height of their own volition.

My question is how Kathleen didn't try to kill Paul, Gram and Alex after this one?

isn't Ted Kathleen's cat?

Hilarious! I thought they would use some sort of stand in like a little cat statue made to look like their kitty.

When the crowbar sign came up I was expecting them to swap a smash for them scratching Ted with the pointy end of the crowbar and the cat just squirming and purring. Would have been cool, I think.

Haha the crow bar part was exellent, I knew he was kidding cuz LRR wouldn't do that... Maybe Matt >.>

No, these are Kathleen's cats:

I was pretty freaked out when I saw CROWBAR IS READY. But no, there was no cat abuse.

I think that this kitty is owned by the dropper, who in this case I belive is kim?

Wow I am wrong then.
